The food was delicious. I really enjoyed eating here. A good friend and myself had an excellent dinner. He eats here all the time because this is his favorite Mexican restaurant in Corvallis. He recommended it and it was awesome.

The streak is amazing!! The pork is so tender and juicy! The margaritas are the perfect way to escape the rainy PNW fall to transport you to an amazing beach somewhere warm.

Really nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable booth seating. Friendly and attentive service.
Chips and salsa also came with a delicious bean dip.
The food was okay. Good, fresh tasting, but a little bland and lacking flavor. I ordered veggie fajitas and there was no seasoning on the fajitas, but the guacamole and sour cream served with it helped. The green sauce on the spinach enchiladas was great! But the enchiladas themselves did not have much filling and was bland.
Deserts on the other hand were great! The flan was delicious and the deep fried ice cream was also delicious.
It is one of the better dine-in options for Mexican food in Corvallis overall, and the prices were reasonable, but they could still do a better job with seasoning and overall flavor to be great.

I wish they had a shrimp or seafood chimichanga. The angel “wet” burrito with shrimp was bland and had way too much sauce on top. And a couple of typos on the menu set my OCD off big time. However the bathroom was super clean and smelled great!

Food is awesome , fresh, non greasy and tasty ! The beef crunchy tacos crunch crunch crunch – the Baja shrimp tacos bursting with flavor, veggie bean crunchy tacos are a vegetarians dream come true – authentic home made salsa and spicy salsa appease all taste buds – Mexican friend ice cream is an absolute Mecca of Sweet Flavors ! Beans and rice are not a throw away add on here – they are super good ! The margaritas are pool sized! You can swim in them!!
Customer service is amazing ! Servers whip around , check on you frequently and always have a smile –

Only negative is they do charge 3% for using card which I’m not too fond of – but other than that this is a 5 star eatery !!!

We had the most delicious lunch! The restaurant was PACKED and the servers were very transparent about food being a bit delayed since they were busy. We ordered the fajita burrito, verde burrito, veggie burrito, and the birria tacos. Everything was delicious and very flavorful. We also ordered the margarita flight and loved all of the flavors. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing food! Fresh flavors of the classic dishes served with great service. Big portions. The Parroquia margarita was definitely the star of the night. I’ve never had such a delicious treat before. Not too sweet, not too tart, perfectly refreshing. We will definitely return.
