Absolutely horrible experience and horrible service. After waiting 3 minutes to place my order in drive-thru, I pulled up to the window and an employee opened the window and I said “Nobody took my order”. He said “Oh, we were getting things in order”. I then gave him my order. After waiting at the window for over 7 minutes an employee opens the window and asks me if I have everything. I said “No… you haven’t given me my food”. So he asked what I ordered and I told him. Then I waited another 5 minutes and was handed my food. When I got home (which was only a two minute ride to my house) the fries were cold and had an old dried up hash brown in it. I then called the restaurant and asked for the manager, who was Andrew. While ccomplaining, he hung the phone up on me! So I got in my car and drove there to get my money back. I told Andrew I was calling the Corporate office in the morning and he said, “I don’t care”. I told him I know because the service and quality of food shows. He then shouted “I don”t care about YOU!”. Yeah, “You” is the customer. DO NOT EAT HERE. STAFF IS NOT TRAINED PROPERLY AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE.

Totally uncaring. Incredibly slow service. Ordered three regular items and order was incorrect. No one in restaurant. Manager said that drive through was busy. Waited over twenty minutes. I will never be back and Hager already told friends how terrible my experience was.

Today is 7-7-2023 there is only two workers and it’s 11:15pm there is a 35 minute wait. This is ridiculous If I didn’t pay on line I would have canceled. They need way more workers on site to help and offer appropriate customer service and care. 35 minutes for one combo is ridiculous.

Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes and no one took my order. Wound up leaving and going to Mc Donald’s across the street. Was in and out with my food in less than 4 minutes. This isn’t the first time I’ve left the drive through at burger kind at this location due to no one taking my order or even acknowledging that I was there. I love the food there, but that is horrible customer service. This was around 10:20pm on a Monday night

Worst place ever. Then after wasting gas in the first place the don’t bother to answer the phone or they pick up and hang up. So sad this is how business is conducted. For the record this is just a normal whopper or at least this is what they sell. $50 worth of food in the trash. Will never return let alone eat at Burger King again.
