The food is delicious and fast. The gentleman who took our order was helpful and welcoming. The only downfall was where we chose to sit. We sat at a table near the mall entrance. We waited for our food, was served, and began eating. However, in the middle of our meal. We were told we have to move because the table we are using is now reserved. There was no sign prior to us sitting at the table. As the waitress explained that we had to move to another table or take our food to go, she began to tape a reserved sign to the table. She then proceeded to tell everybody else in that area. Felt like we were told, you can move or leave. We moved on our own (pizza pan, plates, drinks, and our family) but felt unwelcome after that. I recommend reserving a table in advance (if that is possible), so you are not interrupted and told to move or leave.

Cashier could have been a lot more attentive with a nice greeting and a smile. She couldn’t even speak one word but, what’s the name. She seemed as though she doesn’t like her job. We have enough unpleasant people in our communities retail business. At least try to be nice with a smile. I didn’t see her name but she was a pretty young lady. She’d be a lot more beautiful with a smile.

A misunderstanding lead to the wrong pizza being cooked(deep dish instead of bowl pizza)…but they fixed it asap..and gave us a free salad and the oops pizza for free!!

Jan 21 I had my daughter’s first birthday party here we ordered the large and small party pack but for the small we never got our buffalo wings (which is included). I had mentioned to the workers and was told it will be out but we never received it. The party was over and nothing. Also the venue was dirty we asked to have it swept no one did so for us our pizza was given to another party that was going on it’s good the other party let us know.

We stopped in at Pizza 9.ordered pizza.the cashier was polite .the place was clean ,spacious .pizza arrived hot & pizza was indescriablely Delicious .manager greeted me thought that was nice. Check it out.

So I’d start out by saying a Chicago Style Italian Beef sandwich has sweet or hot peppers, ideally both. This sandwich did not have either.. so that was super disappointing. The calzone was huge and full of flavor, again not a CSIB calzone but still really good. They also gave me a lot of dips and the staff was incredibly friendly. Seems like a fun environment, but I did get lost trying to find the front door at night.
