Forgot a burger. No receipt given. When we went back they refused to correct their mistake, even thou we paid $29 for two meals and one extra fry-clearly we paid for it. How do you forget a burger on such a small order!

Absolutely terrible experience. There were 3 cars in front of my in the drive through and no one inside. I say in line for well over 15 minutes, and was still expected to pay full price for my food. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was talking to the highest ranking manager at the store. I explained to him that I worked in fast food for years, they weren’t busy, and while I wasn’t upset, it was ridiculous that they weren’t even offering discounts to the customers over the poor service. I was told, “Sorry about it.” I took my business to Taco Bell, and I’d recommend everyone else do the same.

Not sure where the 4&5 stars are coming from, maybe friends & family of the owners and staff. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in drive thru for eleven minutes and they took 2 cars ahead of me totally skipping my lane. They claim they have no milk shakes on a daily basis, or claim the machine is down. The staff is rude, especially in drive thru. Obviously the franchisee doesn’t care about training their employees on customer service, as long as the money keeps flowing into their account. Both stores in Buckeye are owned by the same franchisee. I will be calling and writing to the corporate office.

I had to wait approx 10 minutes for my food. Ok, they weren’t busy when I got there. So I thought at least my food will be hot. I drove off, finally, and reached for a fry… it was a cold, nasty feeling fry AND it did not taste any better. Really? You make me wait that long and the food is cold! I thought well at least the burger will be hot. Sadly, it was barely warm. I drive 1.2 miles to eat it and the food was cold. What were they doing in there?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother came inside because it was wrapped out in drive through. She ordered and the person in the back dropped a bun on the ground and continued to prepare it and give it to my mother. Luckily a man next to my mother also was a witness. She asked for it to be made over as the worker lied and stated he didn’t do it. She asked for the fries to be fresh and the front counter worker picked up the fry from the station and handed it to my mother to try. This place is NASTY AND DISGUSTING ! Never go through drive though. They are NASTY !

I am really disappointed, why advertise an item you never have, I have gone ever since they started the Fanta mango icee and everyone day or evening their ice machine is down ! Just place a x in the item and say not available! Food is okay, but false advertising not oksy.

Absolutely horrible service!! There was only 2 cars ahead of me and we waited over 20 minutes! When I asked for an extra marinara sauce they told me they can only give out 1 sauce per 8 cheese sticks. The girls at the drive thru window are very rude!
