I bet you this is the best Burger King around. Since last year the quality and flavor of food here compared to phoenix is insane. This place is great. However! I don’t know how many times I asked for fresh fries. Told her 4 times last time and still got super brown re heated ones. Just sucks. Why is that. Come on don’t go downhill now, you’re my favorite. Not going to call out the employee but name starts with O and ends with an S. She did not understand me even after yelling “fresh fries” I know it’s funny. I’m back in line now and the fries were better.
And my god, look at the Arizona sun! It melded the menuss lol

The menu is so sun faded you can’t see it during the day. You can’t ask questions about the menu either because the speaker is so distorted only a faint mumbling sound comes through. I ended up driving away without ordering because I couldn’t get anything through to the employee. When will we see these menu signs and speakers replaced??

So I ordered early in the morning and got a bacon croissant meal paid over $8 for this crap. First it took them 10 min to complete the first order then I pulled up and they handed me the smallest coffee and when I got home opened the bag to find a snack sized pressed down croissant that was cold. Do better Burger King staff.

Made a delivery order and received zero sauce containers. Not a big deal but when I attempted to call to let them know they refused to answer the phone. I was curious to see how they would respond to the issue before I did the survey from the receipt. Wasted 45min just trying to get someone to answer the phone. You would think with a 3-star average they would be open to receiving criticism so they could do better. Oh well.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through, I finally reached the window only to see employees chatting and laughing instead of preparing orders. A bag of food sat by the register for nearly 10 minutes, which I assumed wasn’t mine. I figured they were waiting on fries or nuggets—but no, it turned out they spent 10 minutes making drinks.

I paid $40 for cold food, and my order was still incorrect. When I parked and went inside for help, the staff were more focused on a man offering them pastries than on assisting customers. After I explained that my food was cold, had been sitting out, and was missing items, no one apologized or made an effort to fix it. Instead, I stood there another five minutes while they continued chatting. At that point, I gave up and requested a refund.

This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It felt like customers were being ignored on purpose. I wasted over 30 minutes and still left without food. Another customer even stopped me outside to share his own negative experience the day before, saying they had messed up his order twice.

If I were the owner, I would be seriously concerned. This kind of service reflects terribly on the business, and customers notice.

Don’t bother ordering online from this location, in addition to waiting an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time I’m missing food!!! THE SANDWICH!!! This is the second time this location Does this. After all is said and done my hash brown were soggy and oily and I ended up just tossing them away. Waist of money! App is no help guess I’m better off at McDonald’s atleast they’re consistent

The fish sandwich was disgusting and not edible. I don’t usually eat much fast food, but I’m helping my daughter move and need a quick bite. I went through the drive-through and ordered a Big Fish and small fries. I had to wait a bit, and I know they don’t typically keep the fish patty available. The wait was about what I had expected. I usually check my food, but this time, I didn’t because I had more errands to do. I knew the fish would be hot, so I let it cool before biting. The first thing I tried was the fries, which were not fresh but edible. Then, on to the sandwich, it was terrible. I believe my picture says it all.

They need to be investigated for improper food handling. They have a large bin of fries just sitting out on the counter in customer view not under a warmer in a plastic container. They are just scooping them out of this bin and serving them. They are cold and taste old. Just ridiculous. 9:33 pm Sept 24th 2025

Drive through was really slow. Burgers and fries tasted like they have been sitting out for days even if this location opened up like 24 hours ago… Also ketchup packets had some unknown sticky substances on them and they were all stuck together.(in the bag thrown ontop of our fries)

Best Burger King in Buckeye. I refuse to go to the other one on Miller anymore after I was treated so poorly. The staff at this Burger King are professional and friendly.
