All around, I was disappointed. The food wasn’t terrible, and neither was the service. It just left much to be desired. I had the 2 entree for 7 dollar meal which seems like a good deal at first, but it doesn’t come with fries or a drink. I wanted to add a small fry and a small drink, and it cost me about 13 bucks in total. The 2 entrees I got were the whopper and the chicken sandwich. The whopper was a very average burger. It was relatively big, but I would have much rather had a big Mac. The chicken sandwhich was straight up, not good. It only added insult to injury that I had to stare out the window at Chick-fil-A while eating this sorry chicken sandwich, fantasizing what I could have spent my 13 dollars on right across the street. My other miscellaneous points of resentment are that there were 8 flavors left in the fancy soda machine, and they also were out of the spider man burger. The only redeeming factors were that the fries were pretty solid and the restaurant itself was very clean.

100 degrees in the lobby, this is terrible. I cant even imagine how bad the employees bless their souls are feeling back there with the heat. my surge was refreshing and the food was tasty but please do something about this ac, the employees are suffering and this is not safe.

Went through the drive through at 930 on 08/04/23. Was told they didn’t have milk shakes after ordering three because the “shake machine was taken apart for the night”, likely because they didn’t feel like making them. Then told they didn’t have ice for the drinks, and they were out of every kind of soda. Rude service, and they missed one of the sandwiches I ordered. Went to go through the lobby to tell someone, and it was locked (sign says it lobby doesn’t close until 10, was 945) Don’t go here, especially at night.

They closed the lobby 30 minutes early and when I rolled up to the drive thru to use my 16.99 family bundle coupon was told I could not use a coupon in the drive thru.The employee told me that his manageer said I could not use the coupon in a drive thru order with no other explanation. The coupon was good until August 27th and did not say it could not be used in the drive thru.
