We pulled up to the drive-thru around 5:00 p.m., and we were greeted after 3 minutes of waiting with “I’m sorry we’re doing a shift change it’ll be a 10 minute wait.” We decided to go to the McDonald’s next door where we knew the service is reliable. There was a car in front of us and a car behind us and we are all currently waiting in the McDonald’s line

Highly recommend going to Burger King further into town. This one is no good. Food was great, but the crew isn’t all that reliable. Every car that went thru the drive thru was told they had to wait in the front. 30 minutes we waited. Ridiculous.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service there is absolutely horrible. Never have I waited over 30 minutes for our food at a fast food place. We sat in the drive through for about ten minutes before the girl working the window told us, in a very rude way, to pull forward. My boyfriend did, and we waited another 10 minutes. Still no food. Keep in mind when we pulled up, there were no cars behind us and the parking lot was empty. Two more cars pull in to the drive through about five minutes after we’ve been waiting after we pulled up. They both got their food before we did. (We ordered about 20 min before both of these other people) We finally ended up pulling around and going inside. Turns out our food had been ready this entire time. The drive through girl didn’t tell her coworker that we were waiting for our meals. The other girl was apologetic and very sweet. But the girl working drive through had horrible customer service. Now I don’t complain very often. I normally just shrug it off, but this was unacceptable. We will never be going back to this Burger King.

Buns are hard, food tasted old, they have been out of Dr Pepper for over a week and no coke. Waited in line behind one car for over 30 min. This place used to be one of my go to places but is has gone down hill in the last ten years

As I am 38 minutes sitting in a drive they with only 2 cars ahead of me, i have witnessed 3 cars pull up behind me to order and leave, be as obviously tge service here is worthless. Time management was clearly never a subject here. I’m sure by the time i get my food it will be cold…so sad….0 stars if possible

I wanted to rave about the great customer service I received at this location. I received my order and it was incorrect. The young lady was in training and unfortunately keyed in my order wrong. I called and spoke to Tammy (GM) she was so professional, and kind. She just wanted to make it right. I appreciate that so much. It’s really HARD to find good customer service these days.
