Person taking order apparently was not trained to do so. Ordered a single whopper with cheese, mustard instead of mayonnaise and a vanilla milkshake. I thought the price was a little high but I paid for it. I was brought 2 hamburgers, one with mustard and one with cheese and an Oreo milkshake. I gave one of the burgers back because I did not need two and they exchanged the Oreo milkshake for the Vanilla. I was not given a refund for the burger I paid for but did not order. The meat on the burger was cold even though they brought it quickly. Needless to say this will be my last visit to BK.

Burger King gets a little bit worse every time I eat there. Tonight, every table was dirty. Every one. The food that was served to us was cold and did not taste right. I couldn’t even finish eating, and threw away most of my meal. We went to leave, and they had us locked in, which was a little scary. Burger King has lost my business forever. I used to love their food. Now, its inedible.

I want this place to be awesome but I have yet to receive an order that was correct and tasted fresh. I get stale buns, weird smelling lettuce, wrong condiments. My husband and I joke about how to order….if we want our order to be right, like a burger with mayo only or no lettuce, tomato, onion we will order it with mustard or ask for extra onions!! Then it comes the way we want it! Weird. Staff is always really great tho! I haven’t encountered anyone who wasn’t smiling and very friendly.

Drive through was open, dining room was closed on Saturday around 11:30. Staff was kind and quick. They informed us there was a delay while they made fresh French fries. It was worth the wait.

I never eat french fries but had a craving saturday night and decided to get some. not many choices in marble falls and it was 11:30 pm so most were closed. Burger king was open so… i went through the drive thru and ordered and it took a while. finally got my fries and drove off. I immediately put my hand in the bag and grabbed a few fries and they were cold. Deflated. i called and spoke to the employee and asked how that’s possible and he said it was under the heat lamp. so i told him i would be in the next day. when i went in on easter i spoke with Dave who appeared to be the manager. I explained everything to Dave and he was so incredibly kind and gave me a large soda, amazingly hot fries and chicken strips. I don’t generally eat this stuff but Dave was just so greatly understanding, kind, and professional about the situation. If I’m ever craving fries again I will go to BK just because of Dave’s kindness. I would have given five stars but we started with an issue. four stars to Dave!

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins, the cashier was rude, they were “out” of every tea, dr.pepper, and ranch….so anything we asked about. To top it all off the food was packaged in a disgusting way…..dirty greesy fingerprints all over our food… NOPE!
