I have got to laugh at this location ! Food is good if you get what you ordered properly.
Service sucks as I don’t speak Spanish at all. Hardly ever get what I ordered ! Hard to understand what they say back on the speaker in the drive through !
This Mission Kansas location needs to ramp up their help or it’s not going to make it ! Worth the drive to run down the road to Merriam. Location !

I live in Salina ,Kansas I had a dr appointment mission Kansas.
As I was heading back home to salina I stopped at McDonald’s. I ordered a fish sandwich light TARTAR SAUCE.it was fill of sauce this French fries were hard.
And I order a sweet tea.
They give me an unsweetened tea….
I left 2 or 3 phone calls. Nobody would call me back. Sent two emails no response. Corporate had to fix it for me .. That’s the worst McDonald’s. I’ve been at

This is 3 week old

I have left 5 feedback and I still don’t get a response.
And I never did get my refund.

A woman working the window today and is there right now wouldn’t give me a sauce packet until I proved i had bought a happy meal even though they were the ones who forgot to put the sauce on my tray. She was rude and incredibly unprofessional for no reason. She has thin bangs, wore a bun, glasses, overweight abd was wearing a blue shirt. my sandwich was dry and overcooked and my fries were barely warm. Never coming to this location again.

I ordered a meal for 1 person, the lady didn’t speak good English and somehow I ended up with 1 large drink, 3 cheese burgers, and a large fry. Rather than pantomiming the mistake like an idiot I just grabbed a bag to go.

Couldn’t tell you about the food as we waited at curbside for 20 minutes only to have them lock the doors. Didn’t come out an say anything. Very unprofessional. I would give them a negative number if I could. They took my money and I haven’t gotten my food. They all should be fired!!

It’s the second time a order at this restaurant and bouts has been a horrible experience with the rude staff. Today order in the app and at the time of pickup up my order the
man at the window was extremely rude just because I didn’t provide the code at the order station so I have to park my card and pick up my order inside the restaurant. I ask for a manager and the lady at the cashier told me wasn’t a manager so she was on charge. I let her know about my experience and she told me was my fault. I never received at least an apology for the bad behavior of this guy. Extremely disappointed about the service of this place

The male working the first window in the drive thru yelled at me to be patient after I had been sitting for 2 minutes while him and the car in front of me carried on a personal conversation. I could hear most of the conversation and it wasn’t about food.

It says on the sign on the door it opens at 5am. The doors were locked at 6am. So if that is not the correct business hours you guys need to take your signs down, that clearly state your dining room opens at 5am!!!
