My significant other went there to order us some food and when they got back I was half way through eating my burger when I looked at it and realized the patty was raw in the middle. When we called we were offered a refund and a meal remade and that we were not the first to call about this problem and got told that their stove wasn’t temping correctly. That is unsafe of serving food and could cause food poisoning.

We try to give a chance after chance and now we’re done. Every time I order I ALWAYS make it very clear that the burger is ONLY ketchup. They repeat back correctly and both my burgers had everything of them. There was NO ONE inside, in front, or behind us.
There’s no excuse besides laziness and poor management.
Another note. Fix your shake machines. It’s always “broke” or “not working”. If it ain’t working then fix it. Not that hard

I’m a trucker and do mobile orders here a few times a week. By the time I park at the Speedway and walk inside, my food is usually already on the counter or about to be placed on the counter.

Did a mobile order. Went to pick up and my food was thrown out 15 minutes after I ordered. Give people time to get there. I was on a rush and had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be remade. No wonder food cost is so high! Plus the manager was rude and said it was an hour and I showed him the time stamp on when I placed my order. He was WRONG!

As a business owner I think customer service is key to any successful business. That being said I have had the worst customer service ever at the I69 McDonald’s. If you have issues the phone never gets answered. They constantly screw up orders and totally forgot about a curbside order we put in because someone accidentally clicked that it was done. When I brought up the issues to the manager she was like well it gets busy. There was like 3 people waiting on food its not that busy! We have gotten completely wrong orders, missing food and hash browns still frozen in the middle like someone just chucked it into the warmer. The owners need to get in there and check on the staff… they are not ok. Training is fundamental and I’m not sure its happening. Also when brought up to the manager on duty… she just shrugged and said it happens sometimes. No apology. No offer to fix it. 0/10 would not recomended to a friend.

Tonight, 08/25/2025. On the way to South Bend, IN. We stopped by this McDonald’s on US20 in Angola, IN. We patiently stood at the counter to place the order. For almost 10 minutes, and nobody even asked us if we got help. The guy were at the kitchen was serving for the window drive through. I was very sure that he knew our present, but never said anything. After 10 minutes or so, we left the McDonald’s, and went to Taco Bell next door. We got our food within couple minutes.
If the drive through were busy, we would understand, but when we were leaving, and didn’t notice any cars at the windows, and inside the restaurant, there was no customer at the time. I would never go back there and would not recommend anyone go there. I am not what the problem with the guy.

Sorry for this post, but is the worst facility I even stopped to eat, personal was distractted, waiting to place my order, on midtime, before receive my food I went to restroom, it was dirty, papers of floor all over, on tables area floor was very greasy, easy to fall down if distracted, when received my orders was incomplete.
