I pull in and order a mustard whopper with bacon, lettuce and pickles and a large onion ring, it was 13 bucks and some change. I got the bag and noticed french fries were in the bag. I kindly told the lady that they were supposed to be onion rings. She said hold on a minute and look some stuff up on the computer and then told me that the onion rings needed to be cooked. As I waited she opens the window and hands me a bag. Open the bag and it’s not a large engine ring as I ordered and paid for but it was a small onion ring. I advised her of that and just said thank you and drove off. As I’m driving off I get my hamburger out of the bag and what’s not on it… Bacon.

We decided to try dine in the other day. We had not been there since near the opening. No hello. No good bye. I could not detect a smile. I believe I would describe the reaction as sullen. We were not asked if we were dining in, or if it was to go. The food apparently sat in bag on the counter until someone realized it was those folks sitting waiting at that table. We were the only ones in there. The food was not enjoyable. Perhaps we were already soured on the experience. I love Burger King. I hope this is not a typical experience. If it is, I am a sure it will not be for long and it will be improved. You want better. We want better. We want you to be great.

To get to the drink machine you had to wade through soda on the floor. With a quick look in the kitchen there were 3 orders of fries all over the floor. Upon taking our trays to the trash can there was soda leaking out of the trash can and sticky on the floor.
