Place needs to think about hiring friendly help. The guy behind the counter was rude and miserable. And it took 20 minutes for a not so good sandwich. I think it’s time to retool your business and hire good friendly people. Or just close your doors what a horrible experience. No motivation in some people.

Placed an order there for a pizza as well as a Greek pita the night before going out of town. The pizza was ok but I received the pita with no meat in it called the next day to let them know and was advise to bring it back when I returned to town. Took the pita back when I return home and the gentleman told me I was trying to get free food and he wasn’t there when it was made very rude and disrespectful due to their mistake I will return to this business

I do not get pizza from here anymore. The flavor is not consistent nor is the temperature. I really like Mr Pira but the quality of the sandwiches here is low. They appear undersized as well. Customer service is balnd.

We ordered through Door Dash. The square pizza was a little doughy for my taste. The biggest disappointment was the antipasto salad made entirely of iceberg lettuce, not a piece of romaine. We received no plates, silverware or napkins, even though we asked for them. Would not order from this place again.

Well since it won’t let me do another review I have to unfortunately edit this one, I called tonight to order food because I love this place but sadly i couldn’t because they don’t accept cash for deliveries. So since most of the time we order with cash guess I’ll have to find some where else to order from. Oh my goodness I am so happy that they re opened, that have the best subs around. The first time I’ve Ordered since they reopened and will definitely be ordering again. Subs came hot and fresh, and delicious. The only bad thing I could say is the fries were under cooked but no biggie threw them in the air fryer.
