Currently sitting in line for 20 minutes for 2 kids meals while my kids are flipping out. There are 2 cars in front of me they haven’t moved called them they did they have 3 people working. That should be plenty yall have 3 cars it’s not like yall are busy. I manage a restaurant that’s no excuse.got to window they told me I have to wait extra time for the burgers. WHAT I ONLY HAVE BURGERS HOW ARE THEY NOT DONE. Spoke to the manager Megan she doesn’t seem to think there’s a problem waiting 30 mins for the burgers.

When I arrived at Burger King in Wharton, TX, there were no people on the inside and 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. It took them LITERALLY 7 minutes before taking my order.
With 2 cars ahead of me, I had waited 10 minutes and still had not arrive at the window. At the 15 minute mark of waiting, I drove off.
This is not good for what is supposed to be fast food. I could have sat down at a restaurant and got service.
I maybe would have understood if the place had been packed but there was only 3 vehicles and I was one and we were all in drive thru

⁰ordered the #2 at drive thru, literally took 25 minutes for my order, people in from of me too. I thought it was what they ordered, it wasn’t. Very slow service. They must have just 1 cook. Line building behind me.

Been here twice now and bianca was at the window both times. She is an outstanding employee and needs to be promoted. She really cares about your order and getting things correct. She is also very personable and polite. A plus!

They were out of over half of their drinks and out of salt. The drink machine didn’t look like it was ever wiped clean. Had to wait for my food, and it still came out cold.
The workers clearly do not want to be here. Guy at the counter taking orders couldn’t be bothered to even get off of his phone.

Went to 10:30 PM to order food tonight… just to sit at the drive thru and be ignored for 10 minutes pulled up to the window and honked… got ignored some more… this location says online and on the window that they close at midnight. Finally a gentleman came through the window and told us they through all the food away and closed at 11 or something…. We said you’re not supposed to close till midnight and he goes yeah we closed at like 11 or something sorry. Then slammed the window in our face.

Not sure what happened to this location, but it has gone WAAAAY down hill with the newest employees. My co-worker today (8/31/24) went to pick up lunch and they forgot his burger and when he went back to pick it up the lady literally threw it in a bag and then THREW it at him. He asked why did you throw this at me and her response was because it is yours. Wow! I usually only order via the app or else I sit in line for 30 to 45 minutes. I never get a smile or a thank you any more from the employees. They all seem like they hate being there. Sad.
