So my fiancee and I went by Saturday got the spicy melt and the spicy chicken (with lettuce and pickles only) combos. They messed up those orders. Called and got it taken care of was told I could come back and get my meals remade another date. Well went back 2 days later to basically reorder my meal and they still get it wrong. The order was right but the spicy chicken sandwich was only supposed to have lettuce and pickles only and they didn’t even make it right. AGAIN

I was the only car in the drive through, 10 minutes to get order, window cashier was less than enthused to be doing her job, and then the assembly of my chicken sandwich looked to have been done by a five year old. there was a dab of barely spread mayo, and the lettuce was sparse, wilted and looked to be old. and while I’m at it, the soda machine is awful. nothing tastes as it should. I am 48 years old. I worked at this location when I was in high school. Burger King is my favorite Fast Food Burger when its done right. It is sad to see the poor quality. Not going back any time soon.

The cashier doesn’t pay attention to what the customer orders. I ordered the fish sandwich hot out the grease. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich hot out the grease. Called back up there, and was asj to return to receive my correct order. Got my fish sandwich. It wasn’t hot out the grease, it had been microwaved. The lettuce was hot and limp. Signs of have been microwaved. Will never returne there again.

We haven’t ate at this Burger King in years due to poor service. After multiple remodels and a few years, this Burger King was exceptional, by means of drive-thru service. The parking lot and building appeared clean with a drive-thru menu that was functional. Our drive-thru operator was very pleasant and professional. We received our food in a reasonable time and it was hot. Once we got home & opened our food, we were left a little disappointed. Very little salt on the fries, the fries went cold pretty quick. Our order of jalapeño poppers was not spicy and tasted doughy, as if the outside dough is fried but inside layer was not. Our sodas was refreshing, our whoppers were made correctly & tasted delicious. It is worth a visit if you haven’t been here in a long time. A nice change of pace from the other hamburger joints on Pines Road.

This was the day I decided to stop eating fast food. Thanks to Burger King. I asked for a whopper. I got a slop sandwich, bread hard broken in half, sandwich seemed to be sitting up hours and all they did was remove the tomato and onion . This just flat out nasty

On Tuesday January 17, 2023 around 4:30 and 5:10 pm. I bought 3 whoppers and a spicy chicken royal. I ate it and since then I have food poisoning and I was severely dehydrated. I am still in bad shape. No one was wearing gloves while preparing and handling food. I can assure you that I will be never returning as a customer and perhaps will be taking a legal action as soon as I recover.

Burger King has the motto of “your way right away”, but try to order lettuce, and tomato on you bk kings, and you’ll find out that it’s actually their way, whenever you get it. They want you to pay an extra 3 dollars for the same burger with lettuce, and tomato, when lettuce, and tomato only cost 30 cents. “Your way right away”… What a joke!
