On July 19, 2023, at about 10:00am while doing volunteer ministry, we stopped in to take a cool off break. It was hot in the dining area and one lady was at the register wearing some kind of managerial badge and putting money in the register. She never looked at our group, never spoke. After waiting some time, I spoke to her. She would not say anything to any of the people waiting. She argued with some of the workers with her back to us. Since it was hot in there, we eventually left for McDonalds. This person is in the wrong business.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese and got an impossible whopper. I wanted real food not fake food. Didn’t eat it and tried calling them with no answer. I called 10 times and no answer what do ever. I even called another location close by and no answer. So they give you the wrong food and don’t answer.

I was very pleased with the service here. I had made my order and gotten my food quickly but realized I had forgotten to tell the lady that my burger supposed to be plain. So I waited for her to come back around to the window again and asked her politely if she would fix the burger even though it wasn’t their fault. She fixed the burger for me ASAP without a second thought. I was very pleased with everything! Best Burger King experience I’ve had in the lake area for sure!
