They say they cant make burgers for breakfast because the broiler is not on. They advertise burgers for breakfast and the broiler is off? The manager lady says is the other managers fault. Sounds like they don’t want to do their job. Its always something when I come here either they are rude, missing items or just really slow I always get told to pull around to the front over a small hashbrown and sausage egg and cheese. This time its 845 am and there is 3 of us waiting.

Order drive thru. Told me to pull around, ok. Waited 25minutes..was asked if I had a mobile order, I said no. Finally I’m forced to go into the restaurant. They still have no clue what I ordered and I got no receipt. They thay say they’re short staffed and gave my order to the wrong person. So I ask for a refund. I guess because they lost my order the refunded a lesser amount in cash than what I PAID with my card!! Finally got the correct amount refunded and 40 minutes wasted. I live down the road and won’t go back.

Horrible experience. I wont be back. Older lady was nice, but the drive through employee was rude and obviously hates her job.
No one waited on me when I went inside to order. So I got back in my car and went through drive through. After I paid, the drive through employee told me to pull around even though no one else was in line. She was very rude and has no customer service skills.

Avoid. 2 workers, 1 drive thru and me. Took them 18 minutes to make the food and wait on us. Both were on their phones the entire time. Lack of management. Cook was watching a video the entire time he made food. Cashier simply leaned on the wall and was checking Snapchat messages every 20 secs. No exaggerations. The empty parking lot should have been the clue.

Service was horrible only one employee did her job and the rest just sat there and did nothing. Took 20 minutes for them to make 1 burger and 2 apple pies. the worker who did help us said it should only take 4 minutes and the worker who did help us was off the clock.

Have to Park and wait for our food every single time. If you go late they never have the ice cream or frozen machines working in the employees could definitely use some customer service classes!

Didn’t get to eat in the restaurant today because it’s just cold.
That said Amanda and D took real good care of our dinner needs. They both managed to smile and laugh with us which showed great customer care. Probably won’t be thru here again any time soon, but we’ll be back if we do.

Every time I come to this location, it’s pull to the front and wait, pull around and wait, I mean every single time…TODAY it’s worst not one person ahead of me received their food, there are 7 other people waiting including myself, the car that was in the drive-thru behind me is now waiting also. There’s no way this is the way it has to be every single time

I ordered a large iced coffee and got a medium because they were “out of large cups” and ordered a ice cream and was told they didn’t have any but couldn’t do anything about giving my money back.

I was very pleased with the service here. I had made my order and gotten my food quickly but realized I had forgotten to tell the lady that my burger supposed to be plain. So I waited for her to come back around to the window again and asked her politely if she would fix the burger even though it wasn’t their fault. She fixed the burger for me ASAP without a second thought. I was very pleased with everything! Best Burger King experience I’ve had in the lake area for sure!
