Never had a problem with this one and do keep coming back. Get your food practically instantly. Have been generous with their portions too and received large fries a few times even when ordering regular. Employees are generally polite and had a smile on their face when greeting you. Maybe the management has changed since bad reviews from a year ago.

Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Better and faster to go inside. They do a “car order at drive through then give out the meal’ before taking the next order. I worked here in HS back in the 90’s. Gerri and Mac would have never put up with this.

I like the people there, they’re always friendly. I know they have worked hard to open back up after the hurricane. Its awful for them to have to work so hard. Normally when a place gets All the orders wrong 3 times in a row. I won’t go back. But they try so hard I’m not going to give up. Plus if you ask for ketchup or napkins they will give you enough to last a week.

good evening, today at 8:30 pm i visited your store via the drive threw in Galliano Louisiana. fist of all i was told to wait by the first window after placing my order until an employee waved us to the second window.. i am sure this is to decrease the window wait time. which is fraud and then the employee admitted that her shift manger told her to do so. i am sure you are able to review the camera footage, but on top of this my wife and i where served $21.93 of cold food. please look into the facility.

The store is well decorated and the staff all seem friendly. The store was clean with the exception of a significant leak in the dining room (I’m assuming it was just ac condensation but water was everywhere).
The negatives were as follows:
The soda machine is one of the Freestyle sodas with the cartridges. Every flavor we tried to get was out. No coke zero, no diet coke, no sprite, no diet root beer, no diet cream soda, just to name a few. We did bring it to the attention of the employee, and we saw him fix it, but the sodas all still tasted bad–tasted like pure carbonation. They gave us refills from behind the counter but made no further effort to fix the machine. Half of our order was incorrect. They probably would have fixed it, but the issues were insignificant and we ate the food anyways because we were starving after kayaking in the ocean for the entire day. The real issue with the food were the fries. Each carton was only half full and they were not fresh. Lastly, the app wouldn’t work at this location. It would allow me to put my food in the cart but then when I tried to checkout it would tell me checkout/pickup-times were unavailable and the checkout button remained grayed out. Didn’t matter if I tried drive thru, dine in or carry-out/pickup, and I tried ordering on both mine and my husband’s phone.
The pro: my daughter said her chicken fries were cooked perfectly.

Something truly needs to be done about the man who works the midnight shift on the weekends. We have gone several times and it always seems to be the same guy. He’s always so extremely rude for absolutely no reason. And tonight he took our order wrong and one of our burgers was just thrown into the bag, not even wrapped. I wish I would have caught his name so I could call him out.

Good food and great value. Just make sure that the cashier punches your order in right and doesn’t over charge you. It happened to me and another worker had to correct it.

The ice vanilla coffee was really good, however the price has increased quite considerably since the last time I visited this location in Morgan City. I would have marked five stars if the cheese on my ham egg and cheese croissant would have at least been melted. The ham and cheese were very cold, but the croissant itself was warm.
