I always come to this Burger King after I get off late from work because they are rarely busy at 12-1 a.m. I pull up tonight and order a whopper meal for myself and a rodeo cheeseburger sandwich for my boyfriend who just worked a 15 hour shift with no time to eat. He doesn’t get home until about 20 minutes after I get home he goes to eat his sandwich and there is NO meat, just cheese and onion rings (that I overheard the cook griping about through the drive thru window). I work in a kitchen I understand so I called to tell them what happened and was told “well I watched him make that so can you bring it back??” Please tell me if there is even a TRACE of grease from a burger patty being on here . And wouldn’t the cheese be melted to it as well instead of melted to the onion rings??? If anyone can find any evidence the patty was on here I’ll take this review down .

You should be very clear on the ordering times of your menu items not wait til I pick up an Uber eats delivery to pick up from your restaurant then tell me you don’t do lunch after 3AM so thank you for costing me, Next time call your customer don’t tell the delivery driver. DISCLAIMER: Yeah its in southside Wichita and its just a different vibe down here altogether BUT this BK is almost ALWAYS on point with speed and service. Ive NEVER had a wrong order from here (knock on wood) and the people are chill while the food is hot. Favorite BK in Wichita tbh.

Drive thru…he overcharged us by $6.00. Ordered 4 jr whoppers and 2 drinks and he charged us 25.00 should have been 19.90. Would not give us a refund even after I told him he overcharged us. Could not read receipt the ink was terrible. Asked for manager and he said did not have manager. Do not eat there!!

This location was the worst! Stood there 10 minutes while one went to the bathroom and the other act like she was sweeping! The playroom was disgusting and not one table was clean! Employees acted like I was a inconvenience just being there! Never go back!

The second one is the sandwich i got from here they replaced it even tho i didnt get my food from them. Now thats what i call awesome customer service. The first came from senaca and Pawnee after they replaced it once they both looked like this. And the store manager was rude. They lady that helped me at pawnee was awesome thank you
