we made an order in advance and still waited for 25 mins to take it out because guys just didn’t give a damn about us – they asked about our order and simply waited for the shift to be over. Thanks God next shift has started and sweet girl gave us our everything. She was apologising for her colleagues as well but that’s definitely not her fault someone just didn’t do the job.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Jack. He provided outstanding service during my visit. He was attentive, respectful, and quick to answer any questions I had.
What stood out most was his initiative—when there were no customers at the counter, he didn’t just stand around. He was out cleaning tables and keeping the entire place looking great. It really shows his pride in his work and the business.
Employees like Jack make all the difference. Please pass along my thanks to him for a job very well done

I always come to this Burger King after I get off late from work because they are rarely busy at 12-1 a.m. I pull up tonight and order a whopper meal for myself and a rodeo cheeseburger sandwich for my boyfriend who just worked a 15 hour shift with no time to eat. He doesn’t get home until about 20 minutes after I get home he goes to eat his sandwich and there is NO meat, just cheese and onion rings (that I overheard the cook griping about through the drive thru window). I work in a kitchen I understand so I called to tell them what happened and was told “well I watched him make that so can you bring it back??” Please tell me if there is even a TRACE of grease from a burger patty being on here . And wouldn’t the cheese be melted to it as well instead of melted to the onion rings??? If anyone can find any evidence the patty was on here I’ll take this review down .

Dont usually go to Burger King, but the place we went to late night ended up being closed contrary to what Google maps said, so we ended up choosing this burger king location instead. Usually, service that late at night is very poor, we have found this out as we are late night diners due to me and my girls work schedule. But the man answering the drive through was very kind and attentive, a nice change of pace for 1 am service. I usually am not a huge burger king fan, but the food we received was actually delicious and fresh. I definitely would come back here for a late night meal. Even received an extra complimentary ice cream cone, which was very delicious lol

There was multiple cars in the driver through line waiting to order. Waited about ten minute at this points all the car in front of us had pulled off. I didn’t want to have to drive to another location so we waited and still no response from anybody inside the store on the speaker. Finally I called store location after waiting 15minutes and somebody I answered I asked if they were open they said yes. I informed them that there multiple cars out in line trying to order. He didn’t really have an answer to why orders weren’t being taken and I hang up when somebody finally answered through the drive the speaker to finally take an order. This happened around 10:30 pm. This is not the first this has happened at this location unfortunately. Hopefully things are being ran to standards and employees are being active with paying attention to customers wanting service. Before I called there was about four car that left the location without being serviced.

The second one is the sandwich i got from here they replaced it even tho i didnt get my food from them. Now thats what i call awesome customer service. The first came from senaca and Pawnee after they replaced it once they both looked like this. And the store manager was rude. They lady that helped me at pawnee was awesome thank you

Had an issue with something that was ordered was a immediately fixed by a woman named Cynthia without issue or hesitation I would definitely recommend coming to this Burger King people are always cleaning makes this older Burger King that needs updating very presentable and a good place to grab a bite also has a play place that my son loves

Braysen and Nicole made my visit to Burger King a great one. Braysen was super friendly, kept the lobby spotless, and checked in to make sure everything was good. Nicole was just as awesome—quick with my order, very polite, and made sure the food was fresh and perfect. Both of them really went above and beyond with their service. It’s employees like them that make Burger King a place I’ll keep coming back to!
