Seriously tired of this location NEVER having my frozen coke (this is as big of a joke as McDonald’s ice cream machine) and ALWAYS messing up my order. Ordered a quarter pound whopper with no ketchup. Got virtually a plain burger no lettuce or tomato, onions a few pickles and cheese. If I wanted that I’d go to McDonald’s..terrible.

Supposedly open till 12am but always closes early. Sometimes 45 minutes early which is both crazy and annoying. Wanted to try the new BL Royal wrap but I guess not. Pretty sure there is a worker sitting in the car in parking lot tonight instead of working 8/21/23. Last time we will try to eat Burger King.

I wish there would be a negative rating. My wife and I went to this location to have lunch. It took a while for a staff member to take our order. Then in the middle of placing our order, she excused herself to go service the drive thru. Obviously we walked out. I am sick and tired of restaurants like this that give priority to the drive thru window and totally ignore customers that come into the restaurant to eat. I am done with Burger King. That very morning at another Burger King location, we weren’t waited on because to clerk was too busy talking on his phone… of course we walked out. The sad thing is, I’m not even rating the food because I was never able to taste it.

The service at this location is terrible to say at the very least . The manager a night seems to hate his job that he signed up for , and clearly is not competent to work with customer service tasks . Very sad to see this from a location that once offered good service .
