I stopped there after an early morning doctors visit. I ordered French toast sticks hash browns and a bacon egg croissant. I was the second car to drive up and no one was in the store. I pull up to the window and they said they would have to bring my order out because the hash browns were coming up in a few moments. I was fine with that. When I got the order the hash browns were cold like they had been sitting for days. The French toast was limp, cold and oily! The croissant bacon was not cooked and the croissant was old. I got home to start workings and notice how I could not eat my $11 breakfast. I called the store and spoke with Chrissy, she was rude and would not hear me out and hung up on me. I called back and a young girl answered and said Chrissy was busy and that Mark The GM would be in. I would not recommend this Burger King for a quality meal or good Customer experience! Terrible

Outstanding! The new “spicy chicken sandwich” is the best I’ve ever had! We’ve always ate at other places and seldom frequent this establishment, until now! The drive thru is accurate, pleasant and expedient! Burger King deserves the praise for wonderful tasting food….. extremely impressive! You won’t be sorry!

The two managers on staff 05-08-2023 were awful, rude and disrespectful. We had placed two separate Mobile orders with one free whopper with any $3 or more purchase. One order was good the other printed a receipt for just a large fry. They said they couldn’t give us the whopper. They said to go around and order and pay for another. I went inside they still wouldn’t give us a free one after I showed the app said we redeemed the offer.

I had gotten the new royal chicken sandwich through drive thru today. I subed the swiss cheese for american. I get my receipt and I was charged for cheese that is already part of the sandwich. No biggy, simple mistake. I bring it to the employees attention. She tells me no matter how she does it, the cheese button automatically charges for the cheese. Which I understood. I used to work in fast food. I was about to tell her that instead of hitting the cheese button, to tell the grill personell to sub swiss for american, but she rudely tells me she is going to get her boss and closes the window. She retuns with the manager and I can see them talking. She then proceeds to open the door, take out .60, hands it to the manager and walks off. The manager opens the window and apologizing for the mixup. I told him its ok. I was just trying to tell her that she should’ve told the grill to sub the cheese for american and not charge it. He told me that he told her that. I told him I wasn’t mad about the mistake, it happens. I used to work in fast food and I get it. I just wanted her to he aware of the mistake and fix it and learn about it. Instead she got all huffy about it. He said he would talk to her about it. At that moment the car behind me honks at me and I put my car in park. The manager asks if I had gotten the food yet and I tell him no. He gets my order and hands it to me and I pull away.

So glad the kids play area is back open. It’s a great place to bring the kids when it’s rainy or cold out. The food is always made to order so it’s hot & fresh. The employees have always been friendly & clean, private bathrooms.

The bathroom is a literal nightmare first off the door is less than an inch away from the toilet, the floors are all sticky, the trash can is visibly fithy, and when i went to flush it was soooo loud i couldnt get out so i had to cover my ears with my unwashed hands.

I will not be spending money at this location EVER.i waited to place my order(5min) two managers sitting in the lobby and customer comes in from having the wrong order from drive-thru (who knows how that wait was). Manager comes and assist him..help me understand…You Just Lost One!!! Hello Wendy’s
