Have to update my review, we order almost weekly , I don’t know if they got new cooks or a new kitchen manger but quality of food has gone down. The last couple orders fries or any thing fried hasn’t been edible due to being cooked in old oil or fried to hard. Churros came with no cinnamon sugar. The way they are now wrapping food to go is causing for to become soggy. Wasn’t able to eat my cheesesteak due to the bottom being soggy and everything falling out of the bottom.

Not a bad place. Needed to kill some time while waiting for a hair appointment at the barber shop next door. Wanted to grab something lite, so I got a turkey and cheese salad. It was basically a deconstructed turkey hoagie, which I thought was a fun way to do a salad.

Got just a regular half pepperoni half cheese pie tonight and it was DELICIOUS! Crust, seasoning, and crispiness were spot on. The hot&honey wings were amazing with a little kick. I have been ordering from Johnny’s for years now. I still remember the first time I tried a pizza from there, it was amazing. I was a loyal customer for years. But that may change now. As of recent times, the quality has gone downhill. Today, we had ordered an XL cheese pizza, was told by the employee on the phone that would take 35-40 mins. My brother shows up a little past 40 mins. He ends up waiting there for 30 extra mins. All for a cheese pizza? Seriously? It shouldn’t take that long. And the pizza was mushy anyways.

We ordered a 20 piece wings. Menu online stated $15.99 (several versions). When the food arrived, the bill stated $24.99 for the wings. We were also told it would be delivered in 30 min, but it took an hour to arrive. When I called to inquire about these issues, he stated “Oh yeah, we raised the prices,we should have told you” and in reference to the the late delivery he stated “Yeah, we got busy.” No apology and no attempt to make it right. It’s a shame, the food is decent but we WILL NOT BE BACK and we work in a large facility that often orders out and we will be sure to spread the word. $9 increase with no heads up is unacceptable. $48.47 for a pizza and 20 wings that showed up 30 min late is even worse.

Ordered food at 5:25 pm and I was told that my food would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 6:30 pm I still didn’t receive my order. I called and I was told it’s on the way. It’s NOW 6:45 pm and still no food. I live 5 minutes from the place. I will NEVER order from here again. I understand if it’s busy, but tell me that when I place my order so I’m not surprised when waiting close to an hour an a half for pizza! My kids are hungry!

My family ordered hoagies cheesesteaks and appetizers. The order was perfect. The food was delicious and the delivery driver knocked, placed the food down and stepped back over 7 feet and waited for us to open door and pick up order. We prepaid including tip so no contact was ever made. Thank you and we will certainly order again.
