Used to be one of my faves but it’s gone downhill in recent years. The food hasn’t always been great but the service was at least decent until my most recent visit. Just super unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the brand. I’m not sure if they even had a competent supervisor on duty or what. The cashier wouldn’t honor the 2/$10 Whopper meal deal that was being advertised on the drive through ordering screen, said there was no option for it on her end. Could’ve been a little apologetic in the form of a couple cookies or a size upgrade or discount or coupons or something with “customer service” in mind. Even after showing them proof of what’s being advertised on a screen 50ft away at their location all I got was something like “yeah I don’t know what to tell you”. Then, I asked for the receipt because they didn’t provide one, and it took probably about 5 minutes for the woman to produce it. I thought it might be because of the survey code or maybe they were winging it without a register or the cashier was on a break or something. It looked like it was nearing the end of the receipt roll so maybe they didn’t know how to change it or were out of stock and were trying to hold out as much as they could. Whatever the case, the other end of town still has good food and great customer service.

I usually have a pretty decent experience here, but the last couple of times bring me to the unfortunate 2 star review. There’s been a few mistakes and some grumpy workers, but the final straw really was our most recent order. First, we waited for 20 minutes, which I forgave because I have 5 kids, and we all ordered Impossible Whopper meals. I know those can take extra time. Then the stuff finally comes, and they send us on our way… They didn’t give us any of the fries or drinks. We go back and tell them, and it takes another 10 minutes. Then we start making our way down the road, handing out the food to everyone, and they shorted us a burger! When we went back AGAIN, the guy was calm but questioned us, saying he was pretty sure they made all of them. Why would we drive 5 miles down the road, only to have to turn around and come back for a THIRD time unless we had to? The kids and I were all exhausted at this point and ready to just be home with dinner. I will say, everyone working was nice enough and stayed calm, despite the uncomfortable situation, but it still showed an unacceptable level of incompetence. I’m pretty understanding, and I get mistakes do happen. It’s just… the combination of the extremely long wait time, forgetting the fries and drinks altogether, and then forgetting a burger and acting like we were lying about it? That’s just too much.

Teller couldn’t get the order right AGAIN. Even though I spoke clearly slowly and repeated myself multiple times. And it sucked. Burger was dry and crunchy. I have been disappointed and only try it once every three months anymore. I was a regular about once a week at least. The restaurant in question is on Paul Bunyan drive bemidji. I’m done with Burger King. I have given this place plenty of chances and plenty of time.

There are two nice things I can say about this BK; it isn’t as bad as the one by Target, and the older ladies who work here are kind. With that said, the drive in is awful, getting your food in less than 15 minutes is impossible, and the owner/manager should feel deeply ashamed.of the awful business they have run deep into the ground.

Love burger king in general. But the staff is airways fighting and getting in front of customers with each other and door dashers. We waited over 50 mins for 2 whopper meals… it’s pretty sketchy with the staff.

I asked for an onion ring and politely requested they come out fresh. She got super defensive and said that a batch just came out. When I tried them they were rubbery and disgusting. Never coming here again. The BK on Hannah Ave. is so much better.

Corporate needs to be more involved at this location. Things that we ordered were prepared incorrectly and we were charged for things that we didn’t order. Seems to be in significant disarray.

This Burger King location is incredibly inconsistent, which is unfortunate as I have had good experiences here in the past. Recently they have made bad food. The employees also don’t seem to give a darn, which seems to be the cause.

I feel threatened by the worker at the counter. At first interaction the woman at the register asked if “we knew CPR” and proceeded to say “just kidding I don’t want anyone kissing me I have a boyfriend”. Conversation somehow spiraled into homosexuality and I have never been more uncomfortable. The other person I was with tried to also order food and waited at least 10 minutes just standing at the register while the woman looked at them numerous times and didn’t even bother to ask if they were ordering. After waiting, they wanted to get a water cup, and the same woman grabbed the cup and had her fingers inside of the cup, how delightful. On top of all of that, there were arguments behind the counter and a 30 minute wait time for a simple chicken sandwhich and a drink! This was the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant and am honestly scarred. Truly a waste of money and I do not recommend going here. Clearly customers come last in this restaurant, and I really hope something is done about this. If I could give zero stars I would.
