Worst fast food in Alexandria, MN. I went there the other day to order a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. They have the options of Bacon & Swiss or Spicy. I told them that I wanted the Spicy one with Bacon & Swiss… they told me they could add it but that it would be $4. That’s when I told them that I wanted the Bacon & Swiss and add Spicy sauce. They told me that the sauce now was $4 to add. “Have it your way” what a terrible slogan…

Great location with a great staff! This location has made major improvements in the past year and it is very apparent! Occasionally you will get a sandwich that has been sitting in the warmer and you get bad tomatoes, but even with that, it still is worthy of 5 stars!

Ordered large onion rings. I may have gotten just enough to be considered a small. They were cold, soggy, & most looked like an onion fry. Getting tired of paying $12 plus for every fast food meal that sucks.

The employees were nice, but they seemed busy. Went in with a coupon for 2 Whopper meals for $8.99 and asked for mozzarella sticks too. Paid $13 something dollars but the receipt only said $9.65. I didn’t ever get my mozzarella sticks but still paid for it even though it wasn’t on the receipt. I mean $3 isn’t that big of a deal but they still got it wrong AND made me pay for it.

This burger king is showing the signs of mismanagement and age. The outside is run down compared to the other fast food restaurants in town. Employees have conversations with customers out of the drive thru window, while others wait. The whopper with cheese I ordered had more mayonnaise than a church luncheon. The burger was fine, but the tomato still had the stem pit in it, making some bites hard. The fries were not salted to Burger King’s specifications. Yes, there is such a thing. In the bag, there was no ketchup or offering of any sauce packets. There were also no napkins. The Dr. Pepper I ordered I enjoyed. Burger King would have liked to see them offer a large or king size upgrade, or their latest craze they are advertising. This didn’t happen either. All this is a direct reflection of the local management at this restaurant as other restaurants in different franchises look amazing and portray Burger King as a modern food eatery that is fast and not fast food.
