Totally burned one bun. Slopped it together with so much mayo I had to scrape it off with a napkin. Even that couldn’t fix it. They forgot to give me my chocolate pie. I had to disassemble the sloppy hamburger and just eat the meat. That burned bun tasted really bad. To tonight’s cook–you have no pride in workmanship.

Tried to use the mybkexperience validation code. Got a lot of attitude from the drive thru employee. Then called to talk to the manager who was accepting of the behavior. I said forget about my order and proceeded to drive away. The road out passes the drive thru window. The drive thru attendant did one of two behaviors- Held up a receipt or gave the finger- both unacceptable behaviors.

This place should be closed! Sad considering this was my first real job and it was great 7 years ago! The employees are rude! And the food is disgusting! The employees definitely need to learn how to talk to people and not be in customer service if you’re going to act as if the customer is an inconvenience to you!!!

I ordered the Original Italian chicken sandwich yesterday and was excited to go home to eat it. What I got was a plain chicken with nothing on it except some rotten lettuce. This was gotten through the drive-thru. I have noticed lately that Burger King in Wisconsin Rapids has really gone downhill with their food. Was not impressed. They need to do better. This happens too often.

You most certainly can receive some really great and friendly service. Yet, one rotten apple can create an unbecoming environment. Not to mention the lack of care in presentation. Not fine dining, but no reason for blatant lack of quality/ care; especially when it came to our shakes.

There only getting a 1 because zero is not a option. Just left from the dining area. Ordered our food. Was waiting. While waiting my husband noticed the cook had on no gloves. He let it go. After the cook ran his hands through his hair and touched his face a few times it was a problem. Then we noticed the open cut on his finger. Needless to say we go our money back. However the manner did not even offer a apology or say anything to the cook. Just gross.

Food quality has gone downhill. I used to enjoy the chicken sandwich here and today I ordered one with extra mayo along with some kid meals for my children. Hardly any mayo and the sandwhich tasted different, almost burnt? I should have taken a photo. Also, my receipt says there should have been a toy in my kids bags, no toys. It’s sad too, we don’t go out to eat often and kids were excited for the toy. I could call and complain but why bother, past experiences the food quality has gone Not to mention the LONG wait time in drive threw with only 2 cars ahead.
