Went to Burger King for lunch on 7-12-23 and ordered 2x Italian Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, fries, soda, and chicken fries. The two sets of fries and soda were all I could eat. Both chicken sandwiches were RAW in the middle. What a waste of money and of a lunch! Not to mention the drive through took forever to get through. This is a health problem! I work in this area and I’m not coming back for my safety!! I suggest the same to whoever reads this!

I wish I could leave no stars! Have came to this location before and had no issues but this time the bathrooms and lobby were disgusting there was bacon just laying on the counter. We asked for a whopper meal they said that they aren’t doing that right now, when on all of our other previous visits we’re at this time of morning. Talked to the “manager” and he really didnt even know what was going on. After we walked out they locked the door. Probably won’t ever go back it was that bad! At 7:30am in the morning the restaurant should of atleast been cleaned! We ended up not even eating here!

Okay, so first when I go I will use the app coupon for whopper meal for 2 for $11.99 But, my 10 year son insisted and begged for the Spider-Man whopper. Fine even though it was $12.00 for one meal. I get red and black bun. He thought it would be cool. Got there and pit it for lobby cause I hate my eating in the car. Talk about a mess waiting to happen. Lobby closed, cool. Of course it’s closed!! Got our food and decided to go to the park to eat. Got to the park and got just regular whoppers. No one even attempted to inform us at the restaurant that they ran out. I literally paid twice ad much and didn’t get it. Very uninformative and didn’t feel like cleaning the lobby. I’ll never go back.

Waited over 40 minutes for ONE bacon king. Got it and it was made incorrectly (legit only asked no ketchup). They took it back and I waited another 30 mins before they brought me a new burger which was ALSO made wrong. Woman was apologetic but couldn’t really be bothered to check or fix the issue nor give refund. Not happy

I went through the drive through for an iced coffee, a frozen blue raspberry fanta and a small fry. I ordered at the sign and noticed they entered vanilla shake instead of vanilla iced coffee, said something and it got fixed; no big deal. Pulled around to wait for my order and pay and was parked behind a woman that was waiting at the window for her order. She paid, got her soda and was waiting. It took 2 minutes for them to come back to the window to even address her, so she honked to get their attention. They said something to her and walked away from the window, but I assume it wasn’t an answer that was liked because she ended up throwing her soda at the window and driving off. I pulled up, paid, and waited… for TEN MINUTES for my two drinks (which are both PREMADE) and a small fry that should have been waiting in the fry warmer. The lack of ambition and hustle from the gentleman that was working at the window was less than stellar; he couldn’t even find a sauce that I was requesting for my fries in the box in front of him. The manager (I assume) that was working just seemed like she hated her job, throwing her arms around and yelling about stuff that wasn’t going well; if you want change, you have to foster change and clearly that wasn’t happening here. I’d hate to see their drive thru times considering I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes for two drinks and a small fry… The unprofessionalism and ridiculous wait times at this location prevent me from ever returning to this location.
