The pizza we ordered lastnite was completely white and limp as if it was placed in the oven just so the cheese could melt, it took over 32 mins past the time for my order to be delivered. The doordash guys calls me at 10pm to tell me he’s at Wendy’s picking up sme1 else’s order and there was 1 car ahead of him. If I knew yall used doordash I would’ve canceled my order. But to fo through all of that the pizza could’ve atleast been cooked

When I got to the store to pick up my order. The employee that was at the register was extremely friendly and made me feel so appreciative. I told him the name on the order and he instantly apologized about my order and told me that my order had to be remade due to the pizza getting stuck to the pan and he immediately told me they had already started to remake it and it was coming out right then. Unfortunately it got stuck. So he told me that he would make it right for me and he went and made it himself. He said it would be about 15 minutes. I told him great I will go sit in my truck and be back in. This young man went even farther and brought it out to me. This is the best experience I have ever had anywhere I have been. His name was Ken. This young man is going places (above and beyond).

Thankfully, they forgot the sauce on my pizza. But they made up for it in an awesome way! I called the restaurant and got hung up on three times :). They would answer, say nothing, and then hang up! Probably the best customer service ever! Even better? I ordered toppings on half the pizza, so they put one topping on the entire pizza! If you’re looking for quick delivery, they’re good at that. Just don’t be surprised if you don’t get what you wanted.

The food itself is either a hit or miss. The service there has always been bad when I’ve ordered from this location. Either my order is never ready when it’s supposed to be or I do curbside pickup & still have to go inside to get it bc they’re not doing they’re job. I don’t recommend this location at all unless you want to wait over an hour for an order.
