Visited this little gem during the Winter Carnival. A short 2 minute stroll from the main strip, nicely tucked in a scenic area. We enjoyed building a Snowman (4 adults being kids), then we had a late lunch. This quaint place had a great vibe and the server was friendly. The Asian Chili was hearty with right mix of sweet and spicy. A fried wonton was a nice inclusion. This was matched perfectly with a Honey Blonde Ale from Torched Brewing, a local; craft brewery. For dessert, we had Mochi, a Japanese ice cream like delight with fresh fruit drizzled with fruit syrup. Our guests enjoyed sushi dishes and said it was one of the best they’ve had.
A nice change of pace from the same old beach fare. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. We will be back!

I recently checked out Midori Sushi in Grand Bend, and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The Blueberry Hoisin Habanero wings were a standout—perfect balance of sweet and mild heat, with a surprise crunch from the candied fennel. The wings were absolutely massive too! The shrimp tempura was light and crispy, just melting in your mouth.
The sushi was top-notch, especially the Over the Rainbow Roll—fresh tuna, salmon, and avocado. Don’t skip on this roll. The Dynamite and Pay It Forward Rolls are a MUST TRY too. To finish, we had mochi balls for dessert, and they were delicious.
Great service and a fantastic spot for sushi lovers. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Midori with our friends and we loved it!! They guys had the chicken burgers with tempura sweet potato which was absolutely delicious and we shared the 2 sushi dishes. We started with the tornado potato and the wings for apps they were so good and the sauce is not hot or spicy it’s a perfect combination of flavours! We checked out the oyster bar downstairs such a cool vibe! We will definitely be coming back again❤️

The vibe & feel of the Lower Lounge Party Room set the mood & tone for the evening! The Real hit was when Joel started “Shucking “ oysters! We witnessed a Master in action & it was an event to witness others try their very first oyster! The oysters & all of the sushi was fresh & delicious! The cocktails; mocktails & beer was crisp & had incredible presentation! Overall; the Hospitality; combined with the food & first rate service; make Midori Restaurant a trip to Grand Bend truly worthwhile; as it is within an hour to both London & Sarnia! You will definitely want to make a reservation as this restaurant books up quickly!

Small sushi restaurant in Grand Bend. Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Inside they have a few tables. I booked a reservation prior to coming and recommend that anyone else do the same. We were served by Steele. Steele had excellent knowledge of the menu, and made great recommendations. He was also prompt with any requests we made. Midori has a unique drink menu which peaked my interest as I was eager to try the local wines. Directly outside the restaurant you will find limited street parking. The restaurant is very close to the main strip in Grand Bend and within walking distance to most places. Overall, it was a great experience and will be returning if ever in Grand Bend and in the mood for sushi.

Authentically AMAZING!
Midori has always been one of our favourite spots, the sushi is amazing with vibes to match, but the new owners have taken it to another level of perfection! The food is exquisite!! And there is now an oyster bar in the basement! I could ramble on and on, but you just need to go! 100/10 highly recommend. Honestly, the meal was on par with anything you could get in Toronto or Vancouver.

On vacation & we found this gem of a restaurant! Servers where on point, great food recommendations, food was delicious & location is close to the beach. Tucked away from the main beach stripe, parking on street & indoor/outdoor eating. Food was fresh & the selection was fabulous, we wanted less pub food & this was a perfect find, in a quiet area. Food is made fresh so there is a wait for the prep, I recommend ordering appetizers or fast food if you’re hungry like a salad to hold you over.

This was our first time at Midori Sushi! This adorable restaurant is located a few steps from the main strip. The back patio was the perfect location for lunch! Our server was excellent! The food and drinks arrived quickly and were delicious! We’ll definitely be back!

Great sushi and lovely ambience! This place comes on the way to Pinery Provincial Park and Grand Bend. We had mango salad which was delicious and well presented. The portion sizes were appropriate. Ambience inside the restaurant was average but they have made a very cute garden with swings on the outside along with patio. Can keep going back to this cute little place.
