If I were able to leave no stars I would. I went thru the drive thru this evening and they were very slow, employee did not say a single word to me when I got up to the window. Having good customer service is a great way to bring in more customers but clearly they failed at that. I understand they may be busy and under staffed but there is no excuse for them to not tell me my total when I get up to the window or say a single word to me.

I know places are short staffed and I try to be understanding when things go wrong. We’ve eaten here a couple times before without problems, but this week I waited 25 minutes to get my food in the drive through. One order was a plain burger, which I checked when I finally received it and it wasn’t plain. I went in to have it remade. The remake took TEN minutes. The workers were frantic but also painfully slow. When I got home I found we were also missing chicken nuggets, and everything was stale and cold. 2 of my kids wouldn’t eat it and the third didn’t get their food. I called the next day to ask for a refund. Hey, things happen, no big deal, but I’m not paying for food I didn’t get or that’s bad. The first person said he couldn’t do it. The second said she’d have to look it up and call me back. She didn’t so I called again the next day. She said the night manager would call me when he got in at 4 or 5. It’s well past then so I’m not banking on it.

Soda was flat. Floors were sticky. Management had staff take orders but then got very impatient while they worked diligently to correct an issue. Never once offered to assist and got an attitude over.

Ordered a egg sandwich meal a multi-platter meal two chocolate milks come up to 16.64. I get home the bacon burrito is greasy and nasty.. the lady at the drive-thru was very nice though don’t take away from s***** food

I went to this BK for lunch today. I ordered a small Whopper meal. The menu said those are $8.04. I was charged and paid $9.49. After paying I questioned 2 employees about the price. I did not add cheese and verified a “small” combo was rung in. Both employees told me this has been an ongoing problem since they opened (around a year ago) and no matter how many times they tell “them” nothing changes. Next the female employee asked me to go online and fill out the survey to communicate the problem. I agreed to do so, took a picture of the posted menu and my receipt. I then asked for a refund of the difference. Roughly $1.45. She said, “I cannot give you a refund. That is between you and “them”. I have no idea who “them” is, but I did own and manage a retail business for 29 years. I know exactly who to call and talk to about this. I will be doing so. For me this is not about my $1.45, but the hundreds if not thousands of people they have overcharged since opening. I won’t go back and you shouldn’t either. They are blatantly ripping off their customers and doing nothing to make it right. No one should have to track “them” down. Now I will have the state deal with them and their shady business practices. The end!

The Impossible Whopper looked just as it was advertised, tasted just as good. Fast service and a nice looking location as well. Only complaint is that the dining area is closed, but that seems to be the case at all the locations nearby.
