6pm on 8-7-23 Just went through the drive through and was “greeted” by a very unpleasant and annoyed employee. Rang up my total before we were even finished ordering then when I said I had more he gave a very loud ‘huff’ that sounds just like my 9 year old. I should call the child labor board since that’s who seems to be working the drive through. This BK has always been pretty run down and shady but this takes the cake.

So, the food’s fine. The drive thru people must have the world’s worst microphones because I have been misunderstood several times and they never bother repeating it back to you to make sure it’s right. This time I asked for a ginger lemon diet coke. Which was the reason I sat through construction traffic for this specific restaurant. I was told they do not, and never have had, ginger lemon in the freestyle machine. I asked them to look again please because I usually get ginger lemon diet cokes when I come here. The manager stepped in to snap at me. “MA’AM I’m looking right at it and we don’t have it!!”

i have to give this store a great rating because they care for their customers when its a consistent customer they go out of their way to remember them and their order they are very passionate and family orientated my kids have been asking for a play area here for a long time i think and i think if a parent has to work buy things happen and cant always have child care available so its very understandable at least their that caring

never should have stopped to eat at this place. very dirty. employees sitting around on break when there are ton of basic cleaning tasks that could be done. got food poisoning and was very sick for day. people make your own food at home!!

I drive from kenosha to this location if I want an iced vanilla coffee and my little one and puppy are sleeping after school drop-off. It’s the best and most delicious. (Kenoshas BKs coffee is not so good) I actually want one now.

One hot fry, one cold. Whoppers were good. No lights on, one employee sitting on counter, not very friendly. Couldn’t go in to use bathroom at 8 p.m. I understand you can’t find people that want to work.

Little concerning walking in to order some food and there’s a 2 month old baby back behind the counter in a car seat sleeping. Plus near all the food and such a dirty area. That poor baby!! Not safe or smart!! Do better!!

Should be Zero stars but that’s not an option. Staff is beyond rude. We waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. The woman who brought it to our car told me we hadn’t been waiting that long, then told us they have to cook the chicken 5-6 minutes, then “bread” it and it takes time to make fries too…. still don’t know how that takes over 20 minutes. When I said maybe they could have common customer service and either explain the wait up front OR apologize, she was beyond rude making comments under her breath as she literally just walked away. Bag wasn’t even closed, just balled up from the woman grabbing it and almost literally throwing it in our car. Sandwich was an absolute disaster with sauce all over the outside of the sandwich. What an absolute joke of a “restaurant”… not surprised staff work there because theyd never survive at a real job
