It had beena while since I had eaten here, so I didn’t know what to expect. First thing I noticed, not going to lie, was that the entire staff looked extremely young. I found out quickly this didn’t matter in the least. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. The homemade chips and queso was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas ($3.99!) were tasty too. We both ordered burgers for our entrees, and we also both substituted for pretzel buns. Definitely recommend doing so! We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. My husband had onion rings and I had fries- they were both so delicious. We will be back… probably somewhat regularly. Keep it up!

Impromptu dinner with family, from age 11 to 72. Service was awesome. Made us feel like family visit, not a typical restaurant experience. Food was good, too! Personal favorite, at this time is their Traverse City salad. Others had burgers, steak and wings. Kids took home some French fries and onion rings they couldn’t finish. We were happily stuffed. Good time.

My only complaint, other than the cost increase on many items, is the kids menu. It says milk is included in the kids meals, but does not say white milk only milk. We ordered chocolate milk for our granddaughter and was charged $2.00 for it! Come on! $2.00 for a squirt of Hershey’s syrup? Very disappointing!

Visited with another couple. They split a rib meal. I had T-Bone steak which was cooked just right and was very good. Wife had a burger which was ok but nothing special. Also seemed to be over priced. Server helped get the best combination for us, but didn’t deliver the rolls, put in French fries instead of onion rings for my wife, didn’t bring out the extra butter and sour cream, or get my refill until asked for. All items eventually correct by the end of the meal.

I really didn’t want to leave this review but it is very important to share the my wife and I were very disappointed with our meal. The sirloin steak look more like a pork chop and did not look grilled at all. It was very dry and overcooked. For being a steakhouse it was one of the worst meals we have had in quite some time. Again I didn’t want to leave this review but the meal was that bad where I had to say something. We definitely will not be returning unfortunately.

Ordered steak med rare. Came well done. Everything was sticky, Menus, floors, table. Shrimp was overcooked. Was a overall disappointing experience. Iced tea also has a funny after taste.

The staff was very friendly and even made me laugh. The reason for the lower grade was due to cleanliness! The men’s room was just filthy and many of the tables were still waiting to get bussed. Now they are short staff and that could be the reason for the issues but not an excuse. I have been in this restaurant once before and it was a lot cleaner.

Hostess seated us. we sat there looking at the menu for at least 20 minutes. No one came to take our drink order. People that came in after us had been waited on. Told this to the hostess, and still, no one came to take our drink order. We got up and left. Extremely unacceptable customer service.

Just got out of church and asked someone where to eat and this was the suggestion. Wow, very happy we followed her recommendation. Food was fabulous, ambiance amazing, and Zoe whom took care of us was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely worth the stop and if you need to drive a couple of miles, definitely worth the trip.

We went to Brann’s Cascade and the waitress was unbelievable gross and dirty and couldn’t remenber what we ordered by the time she walked to the kitchen! She asked us repeatedly what we ordered and then said oh yeah sorry we are understaffed and I have tickets everywhere! They were not even busy, had a section closed, and we could see 5 other waitresses that were having zero problems getting food for their tables. When she did bring food, it was not even what we ordered after repeating it to her! when she rang up my credit card, I watched her complete it, print the reciepts and instead of coming back to our table (which was the only one she had for some reason) she took my credit card into the kitchen – now I am worried what she did with it.. UGGGG!! I will never go to a Brann’s again.
