Went to this location to try the new barbecue whopper this is what I expected to getAnd the other picture, is what I actually got. This is ridiculous. Prices are going up so therefore you should make sure your quality is up as well. I usually don’t go to this Burger King due to the customer service. They are slow. They are not polite. They act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering food And it seems to just be a bunch of teenagers Who don’t want to be there. But it was conveniently on my way home, so I decided to give them another try. This was a mistake that will not happen again. Reading the reviews on this location it seems upper management/the franchisee is not taking care of these issues. So I suppose that it is what it is this is why Burger King is closing down locations. I’m just saying.

Got handed a crumpled up receipt.. Sodas tasted awful for some reason. The sodas were also only filled up about 60% full. I had to toss them because they tasted so bad. I received incorrect items.. The mozzarella sticks I ordered tasted like they where held in the phu for hours, literally hard to bite into.. Gross. The OCS bun was also stale and hard. Had to toss that too. Very disappointed and disgusted at what your standard of service is nowadays.

The food from my experience has been serviceable when I have gone to this location, however when visiting you should ALWAYS check your order after receiving it, because so far, the employees always mess up something; forgetting modifications on your burger, forgetting an item entirely, or even giving you another customers order! I honestly think they do it on purpose, because EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have made here has had something missing or messed up

This location is convenient but it was not very quick. The food was prepared well and tasted good. Could use a bit of cleaning next to the soda machine but they were definitely occupied with the orders. Not a bad stop for tasty food but you might wait a few minutes when they get busy.

Bacon cheese burger was covered with ketchup. Even on outer top on bun. When I told them .the cook came out of kitchen and began yelling at us. Said we ordered off the broiler and was run off from juice. Said he worked there for 21 years and knows how to cook. Not like other Burger Kings I’ve been to. Yelling, cashier also did not greet us just stood there looking pissed off she has a job. No customer service what so ever. Your employees need a class in temper management.

This is the closest BK to us and the only around for 10 miles minimum so that is why I keep using them. When I say every, I MEAN EVERY ORDER, has not been correct. On our last trip on 7/27, I got a whopper & fries that wasnt even on my order. They left off both order of onion rings, my 8pc nuggets, the brisket whopper that I did order, and both drinks. They did get the chix sandwich and 2 pies right tho so I guess that’s worth something . The redeeming part of this is that the people (usually just kids) are nice and they allow me to be listed for a free item (whatever had been wrong) on the next visit. I just wish that I could have my order given to me CORRECTLY on the first time, at least once in the last 8 visits. Make sure that you check your bags and sandwiches if you go here!

Burger King is grilled on the flame, one time I got the burger (whopper ) with cheese and bacon and it was made just right, all the flavor of a great little burger, then I got the chicken sandwich which was at the right temperature to eat with right taste of real chicken both time I was satisfied and happy with the service even though both times were different people.
