I gave this a one star because this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King. I didn’t even rate the food because I didn’t even get to order anything. When we walked in, one of their screens was completely not working, the other one was only half working. So we couldn’t see their menus. We asked them if they had had a value menu. She said yes they did. One of the items she mentioned was a rodeo burger. So we ordered rodeo burgers and a couple of other items and it came to over 27. We asked her how much the rodeo burger was and she said over $3. We asked her what made her think that would be considered a value item? This was ultimately our fault because we should have asked for prices for everything before placing the order. But nonetheless, we ended up canceling the order and getting a full refund and going somewhere else. I can’t say that she was rude, but she was not professional at all. And her shirt was completely stained. The store just seemed dirty. Sorry for the long post but I felt it necessary to explain in further detail about why I rated this a 1.

Make sure you check your bags before you leave the drive thru. Twice now they’ve placed in my bag what they wanted to. Not even remotely close to my order.

Ownership seriously needs go through their own drive-thru just about the rudest experience the guy handing me the order and taking payment couldn’t even look me in the eye or say hello just grabbed the bag handed out the window without any eye contact unbelievably poor service.

You tend to get a better value per meal verses their competitor and food is on par or better sometimes. The problem is they have the front counter cashier also taking the drive thru orders. Which results in orders getting mixed up or wrong and painfully slow service. The drive thru is so slow at times I see people pull out and go to their competitor nextdoor.

Tried to order at 9:08 and they pretended to be closed with all the lights off. A worker yelled when the window attendant reponded on the intercom. Garbage. Theres literally an autofest going on and the mcdonalds next door is packed with cars lol. They turned the order screen and all parking lot lights off. Everyone in town avoids their lazy losers. Jimmy johns, little ceasars and McDonalds are probably around 40 percent staffed by high schoolers from the town with actual work ethic and theres never an issue

Went on Halloween drive thru was lined up so we decided to go inside, a tall skinny African American seen us standing their and turned around to play on his phone waited 5 more minutes and he looked at us and said I’m not taking anymore orders in the inside. Really it’s 730 pm got to be kidding me
