Friendly server and chef, but my husband and I became very ill after eating at Tsubasa. The only dishes that we both shared were vegetable tempura and miso soup, so it was one of those that gave food poisoning.
The fish to rice ratio on nigiri was decent and everything was flavorful, but not sure we will be back.

This place is my new favorite! Everything was superb, from the moment we walked in i saw a clean and well decorated restaurant. We chose the deluxe boat for the two of us, the miso soup came first and was phenomenal, the best tasting ive ever had! Salad was next, it was cold and fresh with a delicous sauce, a nice garden blend. The sushi, sashimi, and rolls were all made with super fresh fish and the taste was incredible. The staff, including the chef were all friendly and i couldnt thank them enough for a wonderful dinner. Five stars! We’ll be back! I will highly recommend this place!

Found this place doing a search near me for sushi. It’s a small, quaint place. However, the sushi is amazing. The owner is very nice and speaks with the patrons personally regarding their experience. The staff is friendly, attentive, prompt. They are also very very clean! The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service that they provide. This will definitely be the new place for the wife and I, for date night.

I’ve been to Tsubasa many times and every time the food is amazing, the staff is nice, and the restaurant is clean. It is a small place but I think that adds to it, it really feels a lot more personal. The Truffle Seabass roll is one of my all time favorites and the octopus balls are also 10/10. I think the roll in the photo is called the Pink roll (?) and it is also incredible. Definitely recommend for date nights or if you just want fresh sushi

The chef is awesome. Hand made/roll sushi right in front of your eyes. They had to stop stocking certain rare and delicious ingredients so they deserve more business to thrive to their full potential. Nice little spot with fresh sushi and sashimi.

Fish quality was 5/5. The nigiri tasted very fresh. The rolls were well made, both aesthetically and with composition and balance of flavor. You can see the staff making your sushi behind the counter, and can tell they put great effort into it. We had the Tuna, Salmon, and Scallop Nigiri, as well as the Trifecta Roll, Pink Lovely, and Top Scallop.
Service was 5/5. Very welcoming atmosphere, from the time we walked in, until we left.

Food was pretty good for the price, the sushi chefs at the bar were nice. Not sure if something happened the day we came for dinner, but the servers all seemed to be in a bad mood. Gave the whole place a weird vibe.
