Fire Amy as the GM, paranoid and rude. Rubs off on her employees. Sounds like she’s been punishing people and employees for 25 years. GM with no customer service regard or forgotten training. First off, shout out to Dustin! You were so friendly and have great customer service. Dustin, find a different job or go make more money serving at a real restaurant, you have the talent for it. Unfortunately my order was wrong and lacking add-ons I paid extra for. The weather was scary bad outside so I couldn’t go back. Went back a little over a week with my receipt looking to see if they would remake or refund me something. Greeted by a nice newer employee older woman as I walked in who couldn’t help, then was looked at as crazy by a male with two nose rings. Granted I was in scrubs and just got done sanding drywall but felt I was instantly discriminated against for my appearance and acted like I was lying. Didn’t even look at my receipt. Told I should have called immediately and was told to call Amy the GM next day and wow she was rude. Said what I did was strange then denied calling me strange or what I did was strange. I said you don’t need to call me strange, just explain your policy and remake my order. She cut me off a few times and then proceeded to use the word odd instead of strange. No apologies. Seems like a paranoid GM teaching the employees to shame complaints away. With a policy of determine they are strange or odd and then help…. Don’t work here.

I have never been to a fast food place where everyone is so kind and does such an amazing job. I wish all fast food places could learn from this location. My order was correct, I did not have to ask for napkins, my stuff was not just slapt together and the service was outstanding. Kindest people ever. Great job everyone!

Service is terrible. Food is decent. I have a concussion so going out isn’t great for me. Figured I would order it to get delivered and only 5 minutes before delivery would this restaurant cancel my order. Twice. Now i have to go myself.

The manager was very very rude she was not polite at all. There was no one in the Drive-Thru behind me so the lady who posted that post is lying. The manager was very very rude. And FYI there is no sign saying the coupon has to be presented while ordering. I handed the coupon with my debit card and was still charged $12.99 when it should have been $6.99 with tax and then they wouldn’t take it off. That’s rude. I presented the coupon with my card and then she did scream at me she screamed at me and told me how is he supposed to know I don’t work at Burger King that’s your job. They need to put a sign up

The employees were nice. Food (dinner) came fast. After 5 minutes and 3 seconds they turned off the timer saying I received the desserts (3 sundaes and 2 milkshakes). This slightly irked me because i didn’t receive my items for another 3 or so minutes after that. Over all the place is Kind of dirty though… and the play structure has large holes in netting areas that make a hazard that kids could get hurt on.
