Food is still decent but could be better. We ordered the fried rice, beef chow fun, and mapo tofu. The fried rice and beef chow fun is still in the style that I like. The fried rice has good dark coloring, a good balance of beansprouts, but could use more meat and eggs, maybe a little more diced onions. The beef chow fun had too little beef, and too much bean sprouts, although the beef was tender and juicy. The mapo tofu had very little pork, flavor was decent tho.

Tried this place for a second time because it was open later than anywhere else in the area and it was a monday so fu ming was closed. I was hoping the first time was a one off, but it wasnt. I feel bad leaving a bad review, im sure the people that work there work hard but the food is terrible. The women that took my order was nice. After placing order they said it would be ready.in 7-8 min. No way it was cooked fresh that fast. Ordered Chicken in Garlic Sauce extra extra extra spicy. I told them to make my eyes water. It was not spicy at all. The egg role was very greasy the fried rice brown and over cooked. As for the portion size it was very tiny for a dinner portion. This place was not worth the money spent

Their bbq pork boneless spare ribs is delicious. It’s really tender instead of tough and chewy like most places. The flavor is pretty good as well I wish it had a little bit more to linger. Overall, red ginger has a modernized system on taking orders and executing them. I placed an order online for pick up and it was seamless

Usually have no problems with this place but the lady was very rude taking my order today, then come to find out while trying to enjoy my food, a FLY was in it. Absolutely horrifying. I don’t know what kind of food safety procedures they follow, cause apparently there isn’t any!!!!!!! This is probably the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with any chinese food place and it’s a shame cause it used to be a good place, now it’s just dreadful. Will never come here again!!!!!
