This place is understaffed and the quality of the food is below standards. I was there with my kids today and from walking in to getting our food took 28 minutes. The girl working the drive thru was also taking orders at the counter, making the fries, getting the drinks and doing everything else you could imagine because the 3 guys working there could not have cared less about working. I wish I got the girls name because she should be working for a Fortune 500 company with the effort she was putting in. I know it’s hard to find people to work these days, but just close up shop if this is the best you got.

Sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes already. About three cars have made it through. Still haven’t been able to order. There is zero excuse for this level of disorganization. Total time through the drive through? 45 minutes! Cold fries and wrong sandwiches to boot.

When times are tough I also noticed when this place is short staffed the employees continue to have a great attitude and patience with their customers. Today at 11:20 AM there was a man at the window I did not catch his name who went above and beyond and I have not seen that in years. God bless him and his co workers this location is amazing. Really appreciate what they offer they made my day
