Its pretty bad when the company motto is “Have it your way” and when you ask for it they charge you. In my case I always get extra pickles, I have always gotten extra pickles on my sandwiches. The manager who rang my order said they always charge ( NEVER HAVE I BEEN CHARGED) so when I said to him if you are going to charge me please make sure I get alot of pickles. they gave me 2 extra on each sandwich. Now being a food service manager I know that 5 gallons of pickles only cost $35 so stop gouging the customer. Bad business Practice/ Bad management

Friendly and polite service. I’ve been to fast food locations, even as a Dasher, and there are quite a few restaurants where team members will look over you or greet you in a curt or short manner. When a manager(I’m guessing?) walked past and let her team know that a guest was at the front counter, that signaled, to me, a customer-oriented team.
I ordered all three new Whoppers via UberEats.
The only one that was worth it was the Maple Bourbon BBQ. Candied Bacon is ALWAYS a win. The crunchy elements are perfect.
The least fulfilling was the Mexican Street Corn. There wasn’t really any UMPH to it, which was rather disappointing because this is a creative sandwich. They might as well have put plain Fritos and called that the new sandwich.
I thought the best one would be the Fried Pickle Ranch. Burnt bun didn’t help. Didn’t really taste the ranch. I love the idea, just poor execution.
For the price, none of these are bad options. The topping ratio could be helped in order to bring the full flavor out as it was intended. I know it’s fast food but if I’m paying for something that I ate with my eyes first, I hate being disappointed by the first bite.
Service was stellar. Restaurant was immaculate. Service was on point. Point deducted because it was supposed to be a Pink Lemonade slushee, received the Blue Raspberry instead.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life. The food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. My burger was cold in the middle, the bun was somehow both soggy and dry, and the lettuce tasted like it had already given up on life.

The fries were sad, limp, and tasted like they were reheated for the third time. I waited forever just to get my order, and when I finally did, it was wrong anyway. The soda was flat, the ice was melted, and the whole place smelled like grease and regret.

Nothing tasted fresh, nothing was hot, and nothing made me want to ever come back. If disappointment were a restaurant, this would be it. Save your money and your stomach—this place is not it.

This place is the worst. I’ve gone here maybe a dozen times. Only because it’s on my way to work. I’ve never had a good experience here. It’s always slow. Today I ordered on the app in hopes it would speed things up. The drive thru took 3-5 minutes to take orders. (there were 3 cars before me) When i got to the window. I had to wait another 5 minutes and the guy had the audacity to tell me if I order on the app I need to come inside because they might give my order to someone else and I shouldn’t want that to happen. Don’t go here.

Great service! Staff was awesome! Food was good.
Extra crispy, hot hashbrowns and food was prepared as requested without push back. Another BK refuses to serve their sandwiches without bread (protein style). This BK is awesome!!! Super friendly staff!!

the workers here are lazy and rude, they barely have customers there and still complain about doing their job and still get items incorrect. when you explain you got an incorrect sandwich they get pissed.

Didn’t have the food I ordered on the online menu. So I asked for some regular whoppers. Then they gave me my slushy, but refused to give me a straw with it said it would be in the bag, then handed me a bag with no straw in it. So I got overcharged for my food. Didn’t get what I wanted and got bad service. Disgusting people disgusting attitude.

Can’t believe I’m even writing this but I gotta vent… I ordered large fries with my #1, asked for ketcup when ordering, when they hand me bag of food I look inside and see 1 pack of grape jelly, window slams with no “thanks, have a nice day”, waited/waived, comes back, I asked politely for ketcup… “it’s in the bag”, I said politely “there’s only 1 packet, and it’s grape jelly, not ketchup”, no response, window just immediately shuts… 10 seconds later comes back, opens window, hands me ONE packet of ketchup and immediately closes window in my face, turns around and walks walks away as I’m speaking to ask for a couple more.

I awkwardly waived/spoke for another 10 seconds, making eye contact with two other coworkers, was blatently ignored. Had to pull around and park to go inside and get it myself.

I know this seems petty, but when your staff ruins the customer experience over KETCHUP, you have a problem.

Went in there today around 1 pm ordered the $7 trio;An original chicken sandwich, medium fries and a whopper jr…took over 15 minutes to get my order then it was missing the whopper Jr the guy took the bag from me set it with other bags he was going thru all the bags with bare hands and I asked for my money back no food at this point my lunch break was all used up they completely ignored me so I walked out without ANY of my order or my $7.42…You people are really ignorant and rude I want my money back I will never come there to eat again
