I don’t know maybe because we order right before they closed. But this was supposed to be a chicken and beef pizza, but the pizza came to us tasting old as if it was premade, we waited over an hour for a pizza that wasnt even hot when we received it. I felt like they just gave me a last minute pizza, and im really dissatisfied with it. I always order from there but this time im not so happy.

Order two pieces around 7:30 heading home said be delivered like in 39 minutes and then all of a sudden it’s getting close to it and then all of a sudden it said order canceled so I called the store I was on hold for over 30 minutes no one didn’t answer the phone while I was driving up to the store and hit 40 minutes no one’s answering the phone says only two people there if that was the case you should have put on your website or on the app that there was no delivery for tonight and I would have never ordered instead of just waiting at the house for a delivery could have been got something else to eat is now 9:24

The food was okay the service was all right but the parking lot was horrible I fell into to Crater holes damaged my tire my rim my bumper my Fender just horrible not my whole front end out of line I mean seems like they could do something with their parking lot it’s absolutely horrendous service was okay though this was at the pickup window right in front of the pickup window drive-thru I made the circle back around to stop and take those pictures I believe that they need to fix that as I’m going to have to spend over $1,000 to fix my car

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My husband and I order from here three times a week…I love the build your own pasta…our food is always hot, fresh and good tasting. The staff is always friendly no matter what shift we order on. This week we tried the new stuffed crust and it was DELICIOUS!

The deliver driver who delivered my order today for kids took advantage of my elderly grandmother. She gave the driver a $100 bill instead of him giving her change he left with the remaining balance which was $77. I went the store and the manager unfortunately there was nothing she can do the driver was gone for today. Beware of delivery drivers at this location taking advantage of elderly customers.

Not to knock them in any way, they are not in the best location so I do understand, however they are usually busy and I am without a car and the pick up window is the only way to get my order. Although they are almost always efficient.

I ordered a pizza online and followed the tracker on my order. I was not pleased with the wait time after my tracker reported ready for pickup. After 30 extra minutes I was told it was in the oven twice and still no pizza. I requested a refund from GM of the center that advised me he did and it was up to bank when I would receive it. Three days later the charge is on my card. Keep in mind I never picked up no pizza. The Csr also hung up in my face when I called to see my order was taking so long.. I will be contacting the corp office of this location about my service and charges.

This location has very rude customers we were ordering a pizza and couldn’t really understand the womans accent after us trying to order the pizza we never got it why??? The woman hung up in our face we called back twice on different phones as well and she would not pick up the phone she also said we couldnt pick up the pizza and had to have it delivered which was an EXTRA CHARGE and made us give her our address and card’s number just for her never to give the pizza to us we had our heart set on pizza she just hangs up in people’s face this was very rude and ghetto just absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service
