I don’t know maybe because we order right before they closed. But this was supposed to be a chicken and beef pizza, but the pizza came to us tasting old as if it was premade, we waited over an hour for a pizza that wasnt even hot when we received it. I felt like they just gave me a last minute pizza, and im really dissatisfied with it. I always order from there but this time im not so happy.

The food was okay the service was all right but the parking lot was horrible I fell into to Crater holes damaged my tire my rim my bumper my Fender just horrible not my whole front end out of line I mean seems like they could do something with their parking lot it’s absolutely horrendous service was okay though this was at the pickup window right in front of the pickup window drive-thru I made the circle back around to stop and take those pictures I believe that they need to fix that as I’m going to have to spend over $1,000 to fix my car

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. They said they did not have it and they would replace it with a garden salad with no chicken in it. I told them I would not want to do that They offered me cinnamon sticks instead of the salad one order and said that was all they could do. I finally talk to the manager and he offered me the chicken pasta in place of the chicken Caesar salad. We got home and the chicken pasta had 2 small pieces of chicken the size of a nickel in it and I have a cup of pasta I will never go there again

Tonight I was reminded why I stopped using this Dominos. I ordered on the app and was told by doing so I could avoid waiting in line. I have waited here over 40 minutes and have yet to receive my order that was already paid for on line almost 50 minutes ago. I definitely will not return. Paying money to be mistreated and disrespected by staff, is not my idea of a customer first experience. No sense of urgency just down right despicable.

I placed an order at 8:09pm for 2 medium and got a notification saying my order was being made however almost 50minutes later I never got another update so I called the store and was told it would be about another hour before my pizza would be delivered making it a 2 hour wait before I would get my pizza after ordering. There’s no reason someone should have to wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas so I had them cancel the order.

I work for AutoZone right next door to the Domino’s in 8 Mile I ordered some pizzas for me and my coworkers 2 hours went by I called I was placed on hold where I remained at for almost 15 minutes and then I was hung up on I tried to call back which I was hung up on a second time three and a half hours later they show up to my job very disappointing I will no longer be sharing my business with any Domino’s.

Every time I asked a question to the person taking the order she didn’t know the answer, would put me on hold. I ended up ordering two $5.99 pizzas and when she totaled it up the price came to almost $27.00, this included a delivery charge of $6.00. The customer is not responsible for the delivery person’s salary, the employer is responsible.
