This one, the Mrs. and I got an order to go. I already had the app downloaded so I just placed the order from my car waiting in about 10 minutes went in. They called my name. There was a huge line of people. They were all really pissed off at me I went right to the front of the line grabbed my order took it to go got a whopper Junior, these chicken wraps and hazy onion rings and french fries everything tasted delicious. It could’ve been a little bit Cleaner, but maybe that was just the bad day. They also have a beautiful area for kids to plan so I’m gonna bring my grandkids back to this sometime.

I would like to say that the service at this location as well as the quality of the food has greatly increased over the past year or so. We used to avoid this location as much as possible and we now frequent the drive through. Whatever the management has done is working! Not many fast food locations turn around like that and actually improve. Every time we come lately the service is great and employees in the drive through treat us well. And the food has been made correctly each time over our past ten or so visits. I am thankful to have this location close to home

I come here almost every day and I don’t know what is going on if it’s a new person making the food but my French toast sticks were hard as a rock burnt to s crisp, I’ve never received such horrible french toast and on top of it bought it and it was worse, took it back and had it remade and it was exactly the same. Talk about a waste of money and disappointment. I’m literally giving it a 2 stars for effort

This location has some of the nicest workers. For example, Jasmine gave me an OSU crown for my kiddo. Literally going to make his day! She had such a great attitude and was so pleasant — which I can only imagine is difficult to maintain in a customer facing fast food role.

Worst chicken sandwich and onion rings I’ve EVER gotten from Burger King in my life! It was inedible. The chicken was HARD and completely dry! I literally fed it to my dog. There was no cheese on it like I requested. The onion rings were hard, almost like maybe they threw the old ones back in the fryer to heat them up. And what is that black stuff? Now I know why I didn’t get a receipt with a survey code…
There was no one in the drive-through (that should’ve been my 1st clue). And I wonder how long ago this food was actually made. There were no markings on the wrapper to know. I’m new to Berea….. now I know to avoid this Burger King! They need to educate their employees about food safety and why food has time limits, before someone gets sick.
Service gets a one star also because my husband went there… they were open, no line… waited and finally someone came on the speaker and said that he couldn’t take his order because there was no help. Then why are they even open if they can’t take any orders? Wonder how long before it’s shut down…

Not only do they decline service but , they talk to customers and their employees like complete crap . I asked to speak to the lady I heard yelling at everyone and she came out and didn’t wanna say a word to me until I said something to her . My son old has been going in her and asking for Hershey pies for the last 8 months and it’s never been an issue . Today it was a issue and they said “ you need a parent get the hell out of here “ this has been my kids one thing he likes to do on his own he gets 4 Hershey pies service is always slow but today the service and lack of respect was disgusting
