I really wish this location put in the effort, I love Burger King but every time I want it I drive a town over. This one just lacks, the food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours, just overall lackluster. The service is almost always good though, the employees are always kind.

Service is absolutely horrible. 95% of the time my order is either wrong or missing items. I don’t understand it. I worked at BK for about 10 years total, after high school, overseas on a military base and while going to college. It’s not rocket science. I never made more than $5/hour but I made sure I did my job well. What has happened to our workforce? Fast food is getting way too expensive to be this bad. It’s usually pretty good if they get it right. I don’t know if they still use the steam tables, but that kept the buns fresh. They are a little dry sometimes.

Ordered one of them chicken wraps, two chocolate Oreo shakes, and then to Hershey cakes. These amateur adults said that the milkshake machine was broken. (On DoorDash ab an hour before they closed) the next morning, I ordered my chew chocolate Oreo shakes, and then all of a sudden that machine is fixed.

As of 03/21/2023, I’ve been getting excellent food and service after midnight. When I went at this time in the past, the restaurant would either be closed when it was advertised to be open, or I would show up and sit at the speaker for 5 minutes while employees pretended that they weren’t there until I pulled up to the window and said that I had a mobile order. After finally getting them to acknowledge me, food would usually be rock hard, dry, and cold. Lately, there’s been a huge change for the better. They’re actually always open 24 hours, the service is prompt when I pull up to the speaker, the cashier is very friendly, and my food is always hot and fresh. Awesome job to all who are working 3rd shift right now!

Horrible, horrible service. Did dine in, had full staff but didn’t get waited on for at least 5 minutes, even tho we were the only ones in line. Employee who took our order was on her phone, not at all friendly, no recipe then went into the back and left us just standing there.

Food hasn’t been being cooked all the sense they reopened. Even when they’re not busy . Burgers aren’t cooked/warmed fully. Cheese isn’t melted . Horrible

Do you always make it a habit of letting your workers be on their phone the whole time they’re working so customers end up having food Like this and missing food? I got a burger the bun was so burnt it was hard as a rock the meat was so dry it crumbled and the top bun flat and two different colors the other burger was cold, the onion rings were cold and obviously old as well and they didn’t put my whopper in there. And yes sitting at the window I was watching the workers be on their phones the whole time. I will review them on every platform available. This is by far the worst trip to a fast food place I’ve ever had.

Food is always cold, and the order is never right. Ladies at the window who deliver the food are normally rude, especially if asked to get the order correct! Burger King has definitely gone down hill sadly. Used to be a nice establishment, long ago.

I wanted to take a minute to thank all of our customers at our Ashtabula store. I’m a 3rd shift drive thru cashier and you are all so amazing and make my job very enjoyable! I do apologize if you aren’t acknowledged right away at times but we do have a head set that randomly turns off on us and I try to avoid that one at all costs! My number one goal is to serve you quickly and efficiently always. Food on overnight shift is made to order just for you so at times may take a moment or two. Fresh and hot just for you. This 5 star review is for ALL of you! Thank you SO much for making my job so much fun! I love you all! ❤️
