You make mobile order whopper no onion, lettuce so they but both on it. Then I order onions rings and I had to wait for those. So when I get my order I taste my onions rings as im pulling way they are cold and soggy. Like what the hell.

Absolutely terrible customer service!
They seem very lazy, not willing to help, and just don’t really care. We went to Ashtabula Burger King Friday, February 27th 2026 at around 6:00 p.m. when we arrived we went through the drive-thru and as soon as we got to the drive-thru speaker we were told one moment. Please. We waited about 14 minutes and still nothing. So he pulled up to the window and saw All of the workers standing around looking out the Drive-Thru window and did nothing.

Waited in the drive thru line for about 15-20 minutes without anyone taking my order. There was one car ahead of me and nobody behind me. When I finally got my food they didn’t even give me the zesty sauce I had specifically asked for. Nobody apologized. Plus instead of handing me back my card that I had paid with, he just threw it in my bag. I understand if you’re short on staff things can sometimes be a little tricky and so I’m usually very understanding. But tonight the amount of carelessness I saw was sad. I think this may have been my worst experience yet.

Not sure how this Burger King is even open. There’s usually one person running it and can’t take more than one order at a time. So you’re stuck at the drive thru for 25+ minutes. It would be quicker to go to a real restaurant.

I had stopped here after work it was around 10:00pm. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one said anything. So I drove to the window where the girl was standing on her phone. She opened the window and ask, Can I help you. Witch i replied and said that I was there for 10 minutes. She gave me attitude and said that her microphone was not working. So she did it know somebody was there.

This location is somehow always out of food. And always empty, so not sure how they ran out. This is not a popular location. Tonight they ran out of both fries AND burgers. The BURGER King ran out of burger. Don’t waste your time, when they do have food it is never better than a 3 star meal. Paying McDonald’s prices is more worth my time than this anymore. Ridiculous, even by fast food standards.

It’s pitch black dark out. When I informed them the lights were off outside I was told they were on a timer and come on at 9:00. Really? They can’t even turn the lights on in their parking lot. Not to safe or smart. It’s 5:30.

Do you always make it a habit of letting your workers be on their phone the whole time they’re working so customers end up having food Like this and missing food? I got a burger the bun was so burnt it was hard as a rock the meat was so dry it crumbled and the top bun flat and two different colors the other burger was cold, the onion rings were cold and obviously old as well and they didn’t put my whopper in there. And yes sitting at the window I was watching the workers be on their phones the whole time. I will review them on every platform available. This is by far the worst trip to a fast food place I’ve ever had.

Wow unbelievable. Window lady is very unfriendly.. handed me my drink rudely and food.. you’re lucky I’m a good person bcuz she so didn’t care she didn’t even notice I didn’t pay!! But I shouldn’t have paid because everything was COLD AND DISGUSTING. It wasn’t even busy I don’t get it.

Food is always cold, and the order is never right. Ladies at the window who deliver the food are normally rude, especially if asked to get the order correct! Burger King has definitely gone down hill sadly. Used to be a nice establishment, long ago.
Well I tried Burger King once again, dined in this time. My thoughts were… “Where’s the Beef?” As seen in my photo I took a picture of the Bacon cheeseburger I had ordered. It was dried out and almost burnt, and actually smaller than the bun. I tore the bun off because it was hard. The food was cold, only the fries were hot considering I had to ask for no salt to make sure I actually received hot fries. Burger King really needs better cooks, and faster service. I believe we can all agree we appreciate eating hot meals and fresh food.
