Bought a family bundle yesterday it contains 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers 3 fries it’s not a bad deal but I added cheese to all 3 Whoppers and they didn’t put the cheese on them so today I go back so they can make the order right and once again no cheese on 2 out of 3 of the whoppers! Like I really don’t understand is it hard to put cheese on them ugh fed up with the whole place!! This is my whopper no cheese burger is all messed up and this was supposed to make up the fact that the fries was cold and no cheese!! What a joke!

I witnessed the most disgusting thing , one of the employees wears a jacket all shift , the bottom half is completely covered in either grease or sweat or BOTH .. he is making food , waiting on customers ,all while rubbing his hands on this disgusting jacket in 100* weather.. In the 35 minutes I was in the store he wiped his hands on the jacket and bagged at least 6 orders ..

If I could give 0 I would. Management is awful and has no common sense! We waited over a half hr for our food while dining in. When we got our food it was cold. 2 employees were on break during lunch rush. Needs new management!

Needless to say, fast food isn’t the best. But this Burger king is a mockery . Food isn’t even mid tier , and its definitely a terrible place to have your first job(worked here twice). The turnover rate is so “high” because the managers don’t know jack about running a business. New employees quit by the 2nd week because there’s, favoritism and no training whatsoever:)

Now this Burger King has had it’s ups and downs since opening but It’s hard when people quit, the company won’t give the hours they need to have a full staff so they run the whole restaurant with 3 or 4 people. They are trying. It may be a slow process but the food is always hot and fresh. Huge shout out to Dee and Chris for their patience and hard work running the restaurant like professionals.

Please tell me why this fast food is here in town? It IS THE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST BURGER KING IN AMERICA. They are perpetually slow inside and drive-thru. The organizational skills of the managers are that of a 2nd grader. No order, no communication amongst workers. They are ALWAYS wrong w the orders, always confused. They and BK need to look to McDonald’s for Operational workflow.
