Waited over 47 minutes for our food for it to just be sitting there the only thing we got was an I’m sorry here you go. I will never eat here again. Spent almost $25 for this slop our food was beyond cold it was disgusting and soggy. We could had gone to McDonald’s or literally anywhere else for better food and cheaper I honestly wish we had. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at Burger King again. These people have actually caused me to be late to my destination time and money I’ll never get back because of these jokers. 1 star is the lowest I can give in Google otherwise I’d go into the negatives

Horrible experience guy that was working is active Manager while I was here on Christmas Day was super rude to every customer that came in wouldn’t help anybody and would refuse to serve anyone in the restaurant was and wasn’t wearing gloves during the entire experience through the money food, all of it horrible argumentative hostile environment would not recommend horrible

Did an online order waiting 45 mins to get my order even went up half way through to ask was only offered a im sorry and given the food they had sitting since right after we walked in no offer to remake or anything .
food was cold soggy, and frankly quite gross this made me not want burger king for a long long time and has by far been one of the worst visits yet

Please tell me why this fast food is here in town? It IS THE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST BURGER KING IN AMERICA. They are perpetually slow inside and drive-thru. The organizational skills of the managers are that of a 2nd grader. No order, no communication amongst workers. They are ALWAYS wrong w the orders, always confused. They and BK need to look to McDonald’s for Operational workflow.

Bought a family bundle yesterday it contains 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers 3 fries it’s not a bad deal but I added cheese to all 3 Whoppers and they didn’t put the cheese on them so today I go back so they can make the order right and once again no cheese on 2 out of 3 of the whoppers! Like I really don’t understand is it hard to put cheese on them ugh fed up with the whole place!! This is my whopper no cheese burger is all messed up and this was supposed to make up the fact that the fries was cold and no cheese!! What a joke!

I had two mobile orders and I forgot to tell them before I got to the window. I just told them about the one which was just a kids meal. The second one was just a plain cheeseburger. There was nobody in line in front of me or behind me and they made me pull back around to tell them about the plain cheeseburger. that’s crazy So I drove around the building for nothing just to do a lap

Went in at 3:19 to pick up a mobile order, wasn’t greeted until 6 minutes later when someone finally asked if they could help. There was literally 1 order they were working on a year later and I still wish I could give 0 stars. Service is horrible

Went to order my food went up to the window and asked for a few ranch packets. She didn’t say anything and told me to pull up to the next window. Got my drinks and they told me to pull over next to the garbage bins. A worker (not the one that was with me came out) gave me my food and said “here’s your food. My coworker is having a really bad day next time don’t be rude when you come up”
I’m sorry but asking for more ranch is rude? I was respectful in every way possible but that ticked me off and I just went on about my day. If your workers are having a bad day maybe they should go home or either come out and tell me what I did that was rude. Not so great customer service I will be back for more chicken fries tho.
