The manager (I am assuming based on his uniform) was EXTREMELY rude. When I pulled to speaker to give my name for the mobile order he was real quick to just say come around. I wanted to inform no ice on the drink since you can’t on the app. At the window it got worse. He opened window and handed me my drink which was dripping with soda off top and sides. He immediately asked me to move forward to a pole and closed the window. I waited and asked if he could wipe my cup off. He took it and again very quickly closed the window when I wanted to request condiments. Finally after realizing I had not pulled up he opened the window again and rudely said can you pull up to the bar. I made him aware that he needed to be more patient. There was no one else in driveway before or after me and the lot was scarce. Once my order was brought to the pole he did not have my drink and after looking in the bag, my condiments weren’t correct. I parked and went in at this point to get correct condiments and my drink that he was bringing back out. He hands me my drink and again, soda is all over sides and top. I looked for napkins in the lobby but there were none. I did not even engage the manager at this point to ask if it could be wiped off. Instead, i held it away frim my body to avoid it dripping on my work clothes. There was one family in the restaurant at the counter. This was horrible service. Took way to long (even though it wasn’t busy, manager rude and just a bad experience) . It helped me remember why I choose other spots even though I like bk breakfast

Not pleased with the service. Drive thru attendant doesn’t tell you that you have to pull over to the side and wait on your food until after you’ve paid! I didn’t appreciate that at all! It was lunch time and I waited 10 minutes for a hamburger fries and drink. The line was not really that long either. Food was fine.

I ordered the original chicken sandwiches. The cashier told me to pull up into a parking space because they were waiting on the chicken patty to come out the grease. I waited about 2 minutes and a worker brought the sandwiches out. I thought they would be hot but they were ice cold! Smh! Why lie to me to keep your drive thru time down. She bold face lied to me. I couldn’t even turn around and take them back because I had to get to an event. Meat was cold and bun was hard.

I wish that you could receive negative numbers. The service was the worst, VERY unfriendly staff. Trash all over the floor as seen from the drive thru. The lack of energy is why everything thing else is sub standard

It’s very delicious they go above and beyond to serve hot fresh food and they delivery it with. great sense of humor the fries are well salted and my whopper was amazing it’s clean on the inside and outside of the business. i do love there food and service will most definitely return

This was my first visit picking up food for a kid whose a picky eater. He will not eat food that’s not fresh but to my surprise, he loved his chicken nuggets. This particular visit was a winner for me. Thanks to the management and great team on board that day
