The counter person was very pleasant and did her job well. The food was pretty good but not hot and I did eat it almost immediately so not sure why it wasn’t hot. They also did not have any lemon packets or lemon for the tea. I would go here more often if it were easier to access. It’s not fun getting in and out of this place.

I paid with cash. Lady told me as she’s hanging me the change they don’t have any couns so here’s your change. They shorted me 93 cents. How does McDonald’s not have couns to give people change?? This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Since when does McDonald’s close at 9:45pm? I placed a mobile order and paid for it, however when got there to pick it up they were closing even though it was only 9:50 by the time I got to the speaker to pick up the order, the employee said they were closed. I said I already paid for my mobile order how can you be closed. They were extremely rude, and the phone number goes to a fax line. On other occasions I’ve never gotten a HOT cup of coffee.

My Dad went to the Piney Forest Rd. location twice just to get the two Big Mac meals that were suppose to be up sized to large. He ended up with medium fries that were half full. Then when I called to ask for the manager to let them know about the problems and how they treated my Dad. The young girl said she was the manager she told me I would have to talk to the morning manager and slammed the phone down and now they won’t answer the phone.
