I came through the drive through 2 weeks ago and got food. I opened the food to eat it within 3 minutes of getting it and both burgers were ice cold. I called to let them know as I had somewhere to be and didn’t have time to go back to have them correct the food and the manager took my name down and asked what my order was and told me to come in next time I’m in the area and they would replace the order. I stopped in today and they have no record of the food owed me. I threw out the first order and drove out of my way to get the second one only to be told she forgot to write my name down so they couldn’t do anything. Staff were in there yelling and hollering today too. Not very professional at all.

Went in on 7/30. Around 4:30pm. Didn’t look busy only 3 of us at the drive through. I ordered and sat in line for 25 mins for mozzarella sticks and a kids nugget meal. Drove off without my food because I couldn’t wait any longer. Service was not good and I can’t rate food because I didn’t get it. Went next door instead and was in and out.

The worst Burger King I’ve visited in a long time. Order taking clerk was fine but it went downhill from there. Tables hadn’t been cleaned off. Ketchup dispenser didn’t work. The bread on my fish sandwich was hard, dry, and stale, lettuce wilted. Onion rings were overcooked, hard, and stale. French fries were briney. A most unpleasant experience. I ended up throwing 90% of it away.

Ordered online when I got there they told me they didn’t have half my order. My cheeseburger was cold and had no cheese on it. They didn’t even bother to check the food. The lady at window was rude and ignored most of what I asked. This is the chicken nuggets that was with the meal. Hard cold inedible. I get it it’s fast food but you have to have some kind of quality control!!

The entire staff was ignoring customers. My order was wrong . The guy working the window opened it said have a good night then closed it with out giving me my food. He then tried to give me someone else’s food. I could understand if they were busy but there were three cars including me. I never used to have issues here until the last few weeks.

Gad to wait about 15 minutes for my food inside. One of the employees threw out the F bomb about 10 times while i was there. My food was hot and tasted good but they didnt put my fries n bag so i had to go back in to get them
