Ive worked right next to this place for a while and I Decided to give it a try..so I called in an order for when I went on lunch. I walk in to pick it up about 15-20 minutes later and the manager ( grey hair grey shirt probably in his 50s?) just chillin leaning on the register doesn’t greet me or anything not even a smile. he’s literally chewing on ice. This nice young woman stops what she’s doing to come help me. I told her I called in an order. They can’t find it. That was on me. I placed it at the wrong place. I asked if I could just order at this store because I am on lunch break and the manager guy finally decides to speak for the first time and just goes “no, you need to go pick it up from there..” I understand food waste and all of that I truly do, however as a manager you gotta use your judgement when it comes to things like this.I asked if I could please place it because I only have so much time on break..

Amazing service, i was greeted when I walked in and had my order taken as soon as the lady was done with what she was doing. She rang me up and got my food to me very fast. The food was delicious. Thanks for a great experience!

Dirty, customer service is terrible, food is overpriced. I love to feel good about where my money goes when it comes to eating out now a days, I want to know that the establishment appreciates my business HOWEVER this place does not, managment only cares about itself and making a quick buck. If you want wings, hooters, or Buffalo Wild Wings Is your best bet!

I tried 3 times to call and place an order because I have ice cream in my car. Three times, someone picked up but didn’t say anything. I could hear cooking and people talking as I kept saying Hello, Hello. I finally gave up and made my order in person. The young girl at the counter with long brown hair said no one called and it must have been my phone. Three times I had to tell her it was NOT my phone but happened on their end. She rudely stated again that it was my phone. So, after I ordered, I rang the number and it rung here. It wasn’t my phone. Now my ice cream is melting while I wait for my order. Plus, the price of wings is outrageously expensive. Not sure I want to pay$35 for 24 small wings!

Had a gift card don’t care for wings so i ordered 2 burgers and fries for us omg they went right into the trash i asked for both well done of course they were both very bloody inside and greasy the bun was soaked in grease . Terrible even the lettuce was wilted. And the fries had so much oil on them they were soft and just nasty . I will never go again my first and last time . I really would of been mad if it was my 25 bucs . Just terrible.
