food was delicious waited 5 minutes for the food which was awesome, the guy at the front counter seemed overwhelmed or maybe upset about something a lady from the back area came out and was rolling her eyes and blowing like she was just tired of being there or something I’m not sure, there was a woman there who is not in uniform, she did not have gloves on, was doing orders and handling the food, no reason whatsoever for them not to be in uniform behind that counter even if it’s a shirt or a hat just to let customers know hey I work here, they need to put on some happy faces walk outside and de-stress when needed it’s a very stressful job, but other than that it was clean and good with fast service just need to put on some happy faces even if it is a fake one at least for the customers otherwise they need to get rid of the unhappy people that were there it was very uneasy dealing with mad grumpy people I stop at this restaurant every time I come through this area and I’ve never seen it like this before whatever has changed needs to unchange..

Work next-door at the doc office . Have tried this place several times and every time it’s more disappointing… Today I got a junior whopper with cheese, a side of onion rings and zesty sauce… What I got was a junior whopper, no cheese fries that were stale. If I could give it zero stars I would… Completely over their behavior/attitude… And the lack of quality and what they give customers… They need new management ASAP

Disgusting. Fries over salted,like im not talking just a little,it tasted like they dumped a gallon of salt in them. Drinks were ran out. This scrawny guy in a beanie and beard was so mean to this old man and he had an attitude with us as well,The old man asked for 3 ranches and he said “you can have 2” and the old man said “I have three three sandwiches and fries,can I please have 3” and the guy said “no you can have 3,theyre meant for nuggets”. Like thats not how you treat people,especially people older than you.

We weren’t there during a particularly busy time. However, instead of being on their phones and goofing off, the staff was busy. Cleaning, washing dishes, etc. we didn’t wait long for our food. Our order was correct and staff was friendly.

The last six times that I have ate here my food is never hot. Get a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, and the cheeses never melted.

The lady working the drive thru window was so kind and lovely! She took my payment and gave my son a little crown without us even asking. The man who took our order and brought out our food seemed a little bummed out. He was nice, but just maybe not having a good day. Our food wasn’t as warm as we would have liked and my sandwich had cheese on it even though I asked for it plain. So, it wasn’t perfect, but hopefully next time it will be better.

Came through 12/11/23 around 2pm. The lady working the back window was an absolute sweetheart! Its hard to find a smiling face and friendly service when going through drive thru and she exceeded!! Didn’t catch her name but she had on a decked out Santa hat and cute purple gloves. She also gave me a Christmas card which I find such a sweet genuine gesture!
