Ordered a BK Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich tonight and the chicken wasn’t all the way done. I want to add that the sandwich was hot and all of the rest of the chicken patty was done up to this point. Very disgusted. Hoping I don’t end up sick.

Paid for two meal combos right? A bacon cheese burger and a cheese burger one with fries one with onion rings and with two drinks a Dr pepper and a frozen coke, i didn’t get the Dr pepper I got everything else. I got home opened up the bag and the bacon cheeseburger had teeth marks on the middle of the burger underneath the bun. Apparently some sick fk decided to gnaw on the inside of the burger and then put the bun back on, I looked up other reviews and guess what there are plenty of people getting sick from eating raw food and other issues. Yeah I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, eat somewhere else.

We were served slimy old lettuce and chicken that was just a chunk of gristle. Totally inedible sandwich. Someone is going to get sick because of those nasty vegetables on the sandwiches.

First off the drive-thru speaker was not properly working. Then I ended up having to go back because they didn’t give me the drinks that I ordered. When I returned to the store, the lady at the window was too busy making conversation with the customer’s dog in the car in front of me, so it took forever to even get to the window. Finally when I got to the window, she gave me my drinks and fresh fries because mine were cold. While I was waiting, I noticed that she was hanging at the fry area playing on her phone. I ordered three drinks but was given only one straw. Also they gave me only one napkin. When I looked at my Whopper Jr, I saw a tomato the size of a half dollar coin. I was not happy with my visit. I should’ve gone to Wendy’s.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered breakfast thru the app. I go pick it up and go back home. My family are get our food out, open the breakfast sandwiches and each sandwich had only one piece of bacon. 2 were suppose to be bacon sausage egg and cheese, othe rice double sausage egg and cheese. Hashbrowns burnt. I tried calling, it rang and rang and rang. Then somrone picked up and hung it right up. I go back n manager didn’t even want to try to make it right. Told me “we stopped serving breakfast” I use to work at fast food, I know what can and can’t be done. It was only 5 mins past breakfast time. They could’ve got the food out of the freezer and cooked it.
