This 5-star review specifically applies to Andre, Chef, and Josh, bartender, for their exceptional customer care and service. I worked in the Green Hills area August 2025 to January 2026 and frequented the Harth Restaurant and Lounge in the Hilton during that time. My thanks to both for their attentiveness, perfection and new friendships. Although food and beverage items were not on the menu, they would always go above and beyond to curate drink and food options. My sincere thanks to both for making my stay in Green Hills memorable and feel like home away from home.

If you want a fabulous dinner, give Harth, in the Hilton at Green Hills, a try. We went for Restaurant Week and was wowed by the quality of its food offerings. My starter was tuna tartare with avocado, pickled radishes and fried wonton. It was a perfect bite. My companion would not share his beef capacious so I can only glean its deliciousness from his plate that was scraped clean. We both enjoyed the rich creamy she-crab soup and the arugula and roasted beet salad. For the entree, I got the braised short rib with cheesy grits. My companion got the pan seared halibut with shaved fennel and saffron broth. Flavor bombs! Then we took a deep breath and finished with the Kentucky bourbon and pecan pie. It was the only thing I couldn’t finish, but I gave it my all. So delicious! The restaurant is convenient and has plenty of parking. The hotel will validate your parking ticket. It’s a great place to go for a wonderful meal.

We visited on our way back from Crossville, and stayed the night at the Hilton. We ordered Martket Catch of the day, Salmon and Meatball pizza. We visited around 9:15 PM so it was late.

+ The fish (in both dishes) tasted excellent
– The potato gratin which came along the fish dish was cold and had a tad bit excess salt.
– The server made us sit on couches as opposed to a table. Eating dinner on a low couch, bending forward was uncomfortable.
– The cutlery looks cool, but is not practical, the handle edges are sharp that they dig into the palm when holding. This is more of an annoyance.
– I wish meatball pizza had other vegetables besides banana peppers, but that was mentioned in the menu.

A great local gem! I love coming to the rooftop for drinks when the weather is warmer. The atmosphere is so calming and peaceful overlooking the trees, and a great location next to the Green Hills mall. I came recently for a birthday dinner in November, and Chef Nick stopped by our table to suggest items from his new fall menu. We started with homemade crab rangoons and a beet dish which was expertly combined with citrus, yogurt, mint and pistachio. Next we had the two homemade agnolotti pastas, butternut squash and spring onion. We finished with the pork chop and a chocolate cake! Everything was amazing. Props to the chef and staff! Will definitely be back.

Spent a couple of hours Sunday night sitting at the bar having a couple of drinks. Really enjoyed my time being able to relax and decompress a bit. The bartender, Josh was so great! He was super friendly, funny and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with him and my cosmos were top notch! My experience there was just what I needed ❤️

Dinner was 4 hours even with a reservation. The first 25 minutes of that was waiting to be seated, even when we had a reservation and the place only had one other family. The bartender was kind enough to be our host and server, which is the only reason I did not give 1 star. This restaurant is design for hotel guest to casually eat, not for any outside visitors. And do not even bother making a reservation.

Attractive atmosphere, nice surrounding, etc., but it seemed as if the restaurant had just opened & they were not trying to draw customers beyond hotel guests. Lunch options are diverse and plentiful. Salmon dip excellent. Pass on the lobster roll. Flat bread dough is first rate, even if the toppings are sparse. One waitress for the whole place and no busboy/girl. She tried as hard as she could and her manner was lovely. Three out of five stars.

Quite good! Surprisingly good mussels, very good catch of the day (flounder), and superb service. I was very impressed. Not every hotel has a good restaurant attached, but delighted to find that the Hilton does. Pablo was absolutely exceptional.

The service here is a joke, only people in the restaurant for almost 3 hours to get our food. The waitress messed up multiple of our orders meaning all our food came at different times. They also tried to charge us extra for things included in the meals on the menu. DO NOT COME HERE!
